Holte Pavillon - Shawarma Time Rudersdal

So delicious I got two. The guy gave me free fries and free drink too. 10/10 would come again.

Come there every Sunday and have what I would call Denmark's best kebab. Will definitely recommend the wrap with shawarma which tastes divine.

Food is good but best part was the service. Very nice owner and even got a free coke.

In short: Fantastic! Erhan, the owner of the place, is super friendly, knows all his regulars and is always ready to have a chat about how things are going. It is extremely busy during the school meal break and when there is a flea market in the square on Sundays, but otherwise it is usually possible to get there quickly. Erhan has both shawarma, chicken, falafel, fritters etc. on the menu, but the absolute customer magnet is the shawarma, which is delivered fresh every morning (and is often sold out before 6pm, so don't wait until just before closing time). He has also developed his own recipe for pickled red cabbage, which is absolutely recommended for both pita and durum. You have to go to KBH to find a similar quality - Holte Kebab gets a huge recommendation from here!

The food is good. Nothing extraordinary. Service was top notch. Super nice staff.

Never had such a good durum. It was busy, but everything was still under control and the food was so good. Huge recommendation 🤩.
