I highly recommend it - it is the best restaurant in all of Denmark. For the first time in many years, I have had my fill of lovely, fresh food at an insanely good price. It is the place for those looking for good food – not for those looking for luxury and fine sensations.

HKM Falafel & Kebab

17/09/2025: The man who runs this place is a true enthusiast. The best falafels I have ever had. He made me a Lepinja with cevapi, ajvar and kajmak. It was awesome. I was unfamiliar with all the major ingredients, but is made with love and quality ingredients. Will be back.
19/08/2025: "It's going to be the best falafel you've ever tasted". It's like opening a big loaf of bread. But I lie down flat. He was right, no more, no less. Hidden Gem, as one writes is absolutely correct, because the shop doesn't appear flashy at all. But the food and the owner, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, are fantastic. The husband and wife in the white Raw4.

14/09/2025: It's just good and simple at Samurai Sushi on Torvet in Hillerød. And it gets better every time. There are minor changes on the menu, but more than enough delicious things to choose from - and probably also a bit too much. It works well with st ordering on the iPad and it's still "fun". "All you can eat" is a no brainer when we're down there, and the price of 259 kr. on all weekdays is definitely worth the money. Then there's the atmosphere and the premises. Something has been done to it and I think it suits the restaurant really well. Most sushi restaurants are decidedly sad and very spartan (the latter is Jansk style). Samurai stands out significantly in that regard and I love that. There is a clear recommendation from here for Samurai Sushi. "Yoku naru" is well-known in Japanese according to the chat.
