Copenhagen's best sushi ad libitum – top notch! I just tried sushi ad libitum at Hongyu Sushi & Buffet, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. You really get full value for your money, and the quality is far higher than what you normally expect from an ad libitum concept. This is definitely not the last time I eat here! Freshness and selection in a class of its own The menu for ad libitum is impressive. There is everything from classic maki and nigiri rolls to delicious appetizers and crispy, warm sticks. Everything is made fresh to order, so the sushi doesn't land on the table as dry standard rolls. The rice is just the right temperature, and the fish tastes incredibly fresh. In addition to the sushi, the concept also gives you access to a large Chinese buffet with up to 150 hot dishes, Mongolian barbecue with, among other things, lamb chops and beef tenderloin, as well as a free dessert buffet with ice cream, cake, coffee and tea. Fast service and fair prices Even if you order continuously via a tablet, it's lightning fast to get the food to your table. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet is served every day between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM at the following prices: Monday to Thursday: DKK 208 per person. Friday to Sunday and public holidays: DKK 228 per person. Reservations are not necessary Low noise level, so it's easy to talk to each other

Really enjoyed my visit! The buffet had a great selection of food, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The sushi was especially nice and had a good variety. Overall, a great place to eat with lots of options. Would definitely come back!

We come here regularly twice a year and eat the most delicious sushi and buffet too. End with ice cream. Very very nice staff and can definitely be recommended ❤️❤️❤️

Smaller - but delicious buffet - with lots of specialties that you won't find anywhere else. In addition, there is a large selection of sticks and DELICIOUS freshly made sushi, which is prepared after your order is placed. For dessert, there is ice cream, fruit and cake/creme brûlé to choose from - with coffee/tea. The service is very personal, friendly and top notch! I can't put my finger on this place, and recommend everyone to try it. We will definitely be back!

Sushi was included in the price, it was only made to order, it was super fresh and tastes fantastic. Good service. It's not the last time we come.

Small cozy place with pretty good food but it's so-so with the buffet and the amount of hot dishes but again fantastic service from the busy waiters

A new experience in life - like a buffet, outside the hotel ) You pay a fixed amount and try to control yourself, which is almost impossible in reality 😅 Tasty, satisfying, interesting - I definitely recommend it
