Such a cozy little café. We were absolutely thrilled with the ambiance and the staff. We're not exactly cake fans, but we'll happily come back just for the delicious ice cream, the huge scoops, the superb taste, and the reasonable price. And maybe we'll try the much-hyped gingerbread 😉 Just been back, unfortunately, they're out of ice cream in October. But the honey cake is still worth a stop. 👍

A very nice shop where you can buy delicious (homemade) cookies and chocolate. Next to the shop is also a cozy coffee/tea room. You can choose your pastry in the shop and have it served at your table with coffee or tea.

Poor hygiene. They don't use gloves or utensils when transferring the cake to the plate. Big rings on fingers are not good hygiene when working without gloves when preparing and serving. Delicious cakes Good atmosphere good experience.

11/08/2025: Danish petrol station with automatic fuel dispensers for payment, currently difficult to access due to construction work
01/08/2025: Gas is a bit more expensive than in the rest of Denmark. Gas station close to the highway. Decent restrooms. Very tidy and clean store with lots of products. It has high stools and tables where you can have a drink and rest. They have a bucket and brush for cleaning car windows.

11/08/2025: Had the opportunity to stroll the old town surrounding this property after our wedding. We loved meeting the townsfolk and sharing the beauty of these surroundings. There was an event going on and we were able to meet some friendly faces here. Would recommend stopping by for a stay or a bite to eat in the restaurant.
27/07/2025: It's lovely, clean and beautiful here. ONE serious thing, near number 9 there was a loud noise all night long that kept me awake. I wondered where it came from. Now we're sitting on the terrace and we can still hear it clearly. It's running and stopping all night long. There's also noise from cars, but it's quieted down Would like to know what it is? And I recommend that you do something about it. A minus of the stay, where the service and meals were satisfactory
