26/02/2024: The place is very small, with few seats that are usually occupied almost from opening time. There is also quite a lot to smoke if you are not keen on cigarette smoke. Otherwise, there is a nice atmosphere with live music. In the summer there is a courtyard out back where you can sit outside which is quite popular. The prices of drinks are reasonable, compared to other places. You can use Long John as a warm-up before moving on, or as a finish before going home. I drop by myself every now and then.

11/01/2024: Food is not served on site, pancakes are something he has next to him and which he drives out with when you order him for it. But must say that you can get food sometimes on the spot, then some dishes are made such as roast pork with parsley sauce and something to drink for a reasonable price. Long John is, in itself, a really cool place to be. If you're looking for an old-fashioned pub, this is the place with regular customers who help create the good atmosphere and coziness.
