The food is actually really good, and the prices are better than the competitors if you order online. However, I have deducted a star because after almost 10 orders, I consistently experience that despite ordering your food for a time, even if you order an hour in advance, or if it is not busy at all, it is as if the preparation of the food only starts when you come in to pick up the food. Yesterday I ordered my food 32 min. before it was supposed to be ready, and I still ended up getting it 10 min. after the agreed time despite being there 10 min. before the agreed time. So I feel like I might as well not have ordered in advance, since I still ended up waiting 20 min. in the restaurant.
