I've never had such delicious open sandwiches before. The only tiny minus was the acoustics, but I'm happy to accept that for such delicious food😊

Henius is perhaps one of the best restaurants in Aalborg serving traditional Danish open sandwiches. When you enter the restaurant, it exudes a real cozy atmosphere. Good service and a small schnapps on the table make your meal a taste experience. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy your meal in the sun. Warning! If you order more than 2, you can't finish it. ;-)

Sandwiches that only the Danes know how to make. Authentic, decent size and fantastic service. Exciting technique with the schnapps. Just as good every time. Book a table in advance, especially on weekends.

Very, very tasty smørebrød, wonderful service, and—we sat outside—a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Aalborg!
