Hotel Astoria, BW Signature Collection København

We stayed at Astoria this week and what a pleasant surprise it was!!! This unassuming art deco gem of a hotel is located right next to the train station, the room had history and decorated really nicely, breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. I would return and stay there in a heartbeat and will recommend to my friends and family!!

What a great hotel! Nice, friendly, available staff with a cozy atmosphere and strong character. These together with the fact that it's in a great (but quiet) position makes it wonderful.

The hotel is located right next to Copenhagen Central Station! From there it is a few minutes walk to the Tivoli. The center of Copenhagen is very easy to explore from there! The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Copenhagen! Due to the location you can sometimes hear trains passing by from outside! Earplugs are provided free of charge! Rooms are superficially clean, but when you looked closer (lampshades) you noticed the thick layer of dust! When I stayed for two nights, the hotel didn't do any cleaning! The breakfast is good, there is typical Danish “Smörrebröd”! There was no reception at check-out!

Very nice historical hotel and the location couldn't be better. Only downside is some train noise early and late but that is to be expected.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Astoria! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The rooms were cute and small. We literally were there to sleep because we were doing sight seeing all day. They offered a great selection of food for breakfast! The hotel is by the biggest train station. If you are high sensitive for noise probably this location won't work for you because the trains can get a bit loud. The hotel was so close to a metro and bus stop! Easy to get around!

Well-maintained hotel with fine traditions

All good, really, hotel that tells its story (so since 1935) just by looking at it and opening the door... However excellently maintained, I only noticed the very cold bathroom (outside it was -6° C, inside it was just under 20° C but with forced air circulation it seemed less)... In any case I would do the experience again, the location is strategic and the breakfast excellent... all at affordable prices (considering that everything here is very expensive)..

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen near the train and bus station, ideal for moving to any area. We found rock bars 5 minutes away.

The location is perfect when entering an leaving Copenhagen by train. The location in the city center is of course also great for visiting tourist attractions within the city. The breakfast buffet was good.

Great location, so everything is at your fingertips. It's good to come from the airport, because when you arrive at the train station, you're right at the hotel.
