Hi, I just want to say that I can't understand why you've gotten any complaints at all. My boyfriend and I have stayed at your hotel twice and both times, a few years ago, the food was good and the service was really good, nothing to complain about. And to make it not a lie, we're going to stay at your hotel tomorrow until Friday and we're looking forward to it. There's also a lovely swimming pool and spa. Our room was also lovely, so we're very excited about what we're going to have tomorrow and eat. So you'll definitely get 12 with an upward arrow.

We have just had a stay at the hotel and can only recommend it. Lovely, delicious food and a friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is cozy and has a lovely view of the water. We had a lovely stay

We were sent on to the Park Hotel even though we had paid for dinner at the beach hotel and only found out the same day after we arrived.

We had the most wonderful experience at Løgstørbadehotel. We knew in advance that it was an old hotel and that there were stairs. We had read the reviews and were excited to see if we had chosen the right place. But we were positively surprised. Got the nicest rooms, clean and neat and there was what we needed. Coffee and warm cake at 3 pm. At 7 pm we had dinner. 3 courses. Everything was perfect, we could have used a little more vegetables for the main course, but otherwise the meat was tender and tasty. The service was excellent, especially by "the tall one" and the young Khaled who always smiled. However, the woman in the kitchen who sometimes came into the "dining room" had NO, if not NO, sense of humor, if you asked about something she could ruin even the best conversation and the best mood. The breakfast, yes there was what you could wish for, nice and hygienic All in all a stay we can only recommend.

We have just returned home after two lovely days at the seaside hotel. Really delicious food and the service from the staff was top notch. We stayed on the second floor where the rooms were worn out. Possibility to sit outside with a view of the water. We bought sandwiches from the bakery which we took with us on the trip. They were superb.

We bought a deal with a stay in a standard room, breakfast, afternoon coffee and dinner. It was a reasonable price of DKK 1398 plus fee to Deal.dk. Also extra fee because we bought in August. Supposedly high season, but there was nothing going on in the city to support this. But we were prepared. Hotel 2 stars Restaurant 3 stars

And what a view of the fjord. Coffee and warm cake at 3 pm, and a cold draft beer at the tables outside, we paid for them ourselves 😊. At 7 pm we had dinner. 3 courses. Everything was perfect, we could have used a little more vegetables for the main course, but otherwise the meat was tender and tasty. The service was at UG. Friendly and smiling staff. The breakfast, yes, there was what you could wish for, however, we missed a little green perhaps. Tomatoes, red pepper and cucumber. All in all, a stay we can only recommend.

12/09/2025: We have been coming here for 15 years now, via family visits in Hals, and after this time here in Sept. 2025 it has never been better. How nice and good it is to see full tables and lots of good food being served across the counter. We will do a lot to support old Carl. Of course we come from Zealand but would love to come again and again and again. Come and support🤸 Cheers to the future.
02/09/2025: We visited here several times during our vacation. Restaurant is perhaps a bit of an exaggeration; I'd describe it more as a good grilled snack bar. The location by the harbor is ideal, and you can easily sit outside or inside, although the ambiance is rather understated. It's a self-service restaurant with a pager, and you order at the counter. The menu is relatively limited, but there should be something for everyone. We ate Stjerneskud, fish fillet with fries, and also Stegt Flæsk. The Stjerneskud wasn't bad at all and was very well presented. On the other hand, the fish fillet was really only at the level of a fast-food restaurant and didn't look particularly fancy with the tartar sauce and fries on the plate. The same goes for the Stegt Flæsk, which tasted decent, even with fresh boiled potatoes, but was very sparsely presented on the plate. At least the food is relatively inexpensive. The beer from Fuglsang is, of course, great and a nice change of pace. As I said, if the food were presented with more care, perhaps with fresh parsley or a bit of salad, it would significantly improve the experience. But it's certainly worth recommending for those with a light appetite.

11/10/2025: I had a hot smoked salmon with salad and it was really delicious. The salad was a bit on the dry side and there was a lot of cabbage, but otherwise it tasted great.
03/09/2025: We can definitely recommend this restaurant; it's not a special offer, but we can't complain about the food. The wait times are unfortunately true, as there's apparently a staff shortage here as well. It's the same as in Germany and elsewhere. The government's coronavirus embarrassment has left huge gaps in the restaurant industry, especially. What strikes us, however, are many reviews complaining about unpleasant smells in the harbor area, something we've never seen before! People also often complain about the food without posting a picture; instead, they post pictures of the restaurant that can be copied online... We're getting the impression that there are a lot of fake reviews here. It would be nice if Google could scrutinize some of these reviews; it's certainly not as bad here as many people claim!
