Hotel Lautrup Park Ballerup

Delicious, beautiful, cozy and nice luxury hotel as well as handicap friendly. Sweet and nice staff. The only downside (in our opinion) is that the breakfast buffet only lasts until 10. Only ⭐⭐⭐⭐ from here

When I arrive on 21-10-2024, I have to plug the TV into the socket myself and connect the antenna, move the desk so that it can get power. I didn't have any major problems with it, but had an expectation that it would be in place when I arrived. When I come back to room 151 on Wednesday 23-10-2024, I can see to my surprise that nothing has been cleaned, surfaces have not been wiped off, vacuumed or cleaned in the bathroom. There were still grease stains on the desk, hair on the toilet bowl, soil on the carpet, dried water stains on the windowsill, go to the reception and make a note, but here it is in writing from me, as I don't feel it is being taken seriously. When checking out, I can see that a 3x breakfast buffet is required, which is otherwise included in the order I made in advance of 1,469.02 per person. Night. Again, it is dismissed as an insignificant error that is being corrected. I am left with the assumption that Hotel Lautrup Park has an attitude towards things, it goes, it goes. When it is written, I would like to write my praise to the kitchen, which is in control of things, breakfast every day and my menu on Wednesday evening was absolutely exquisite and delicious, better is rarely seen in this format

I missed glasses in the bathroom, but there were cups and glasses by the fridge and the coffee machine. There were only towels for one in the bathroom, but extra in the cupboard in the entrance hall.

The entrance hall with the bar is beautiful and welcoming. The wine cellars/display cabinets are very large and well-stocked, always clearly visible at the entrance. Cozy rooms, perhaps a little small. "Cold" dining room. Everything maybe a little small...

The hotel north of Copenhagen is a 4 star hotel. we had a small room. clean. but a bit simple. but great bed. evening buffet and breakfast buffet 5 stars. everything fresh. tasty. the bar has a great range of drinks. service good.

Very nice place, and friendly staff

Overnight stay from 24 to 25 August 2024. Really nice hotel and a fantastic service from those who were connected to our party. Lovely food and drink. Good large rooms. The only minus is, as almost always, some hopeless mattresses, far too soft. It is of course a matter of taste, but in room 211 they are pressed all the way to the bottom, it took several hours to come up to the surface again 😁 everything else played fine. Really good breakfast too. Best regards John

Was there for brunch with the family, it's really a nice and fantastic place with nice decoration and atmosphere, the food was super good. Accommodation is relatively cheap. overall a good place to book
