Hotel Limfjorden Thisted

We were at a 70th birthday party, which was celebrated at Hotel Limfjorden. We can't find anything to complain about. We come to many hotels a year. Hotel Limfjorden was fantastic, the service was absolutely top notch. We stayed overnight after the party.: The rooms were fine, nothing to complain about. We may well take a vacation there. Meh it's fine nothing special, it's just irritating that their restaurant ain't up to snuff with boring main courses. Else it's fine

Good hotel. Sublime location. Good service and delicious food. The rooms need a little love.

Super nice hotel, good beds, but you have to be careful they don't slip away from each other. Delicious breakfast buffet, but the husband was missing yogurt.

Everything was perfect. The rooms, service, and food, breakfast and dinner, were impeccable. Thanks to the kitchen. Very competent staff, both in the evening and in the morning. Thanks for the pleasant conversations.

Nice craftsman hotel, well worn.. a little mold in the shower cubicle, needs painting, 32" TV standing on the desk, quilt with cover as duvet, a little lack of wiping and cleaning.. good breakfast, and ok dinner although the restaurant in the evening has a very limited selection, 3 main courses to choose from.. main courses price ml 240,- to 275,- If you get rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor facing the water, the view is beautiful towards the Limfjord. In addition, the rooms are in the worst condition on the ground floor.

Our room was - to begin with - towards the back of the hotel, and it was just SO sad, and since we also had another challenge with the room, we contacted the sweet lady at the reception, who took us very seriously and immediately found us another room, and it was a nice room with a beautiful view of the water. Be aware of this when you book a room if it matters to you what view you have, because it obviously costs more to have a room with a water view than the back room. The room itself was not that big, but it was clean and nice. We had a 3-course menu for dinner and it was super delicious. Friendly waiters. The view from the restaurant was really nice over the water. The brunch was also nice. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. It was so peaceful. We chose to take the car into Thisted, which is a cozy town with a cozy pedestrian street. Will we come again..? Yes, if we're around again 🙂 To give more ⭐️ the room should have been bigger, the bathroom a little more up-to-date and there should have been a closet for our hanging clothes.
