Hotel Marienlyst Helsingør

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse på Rory d. 16.11.24. Vi fejrede en rund fødselsdag - 23 personer med familie og venner. Også to børn og en baby deltog, og blev rummet så fint, så de også følte sig velkomne. Omgivelserne i orangeriet er perfekte med smuk udsigt til havet og en smule isoleret, lidt chambre separee-agtigt. Vi har kun ros - maden, serviceniveauet med yderst kompetent og venlig betjening fra samtlige i restauranten. Vi fik en dejlig og anderledes buffet, hvori der f.eks indgik snegle, moules, tapas, lækre salater, ost, lækkert brød samt andet godt. Før arrangementet var der venlig og hurtig kommunikation med mail omgående og åbenhed for specielle ønsker. Jeg anbefaler meget, og vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Marienlyst Strandhotel can really be recommended. There is a fantastic pool club, excellent restaurant and cozy lounge with bar, which is best for young people on Friday/Saturday. The sauna rush in 20 min. could have been 10 min. further. For the level of luxury you get, it's semi-expensive for a single night, but if you want to go down a gear, it's worth the money.

Great hotel with very nice rooms and a lovely view, as well as very good conference facilities. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit hard and I missed sweet pastries for breakfast (breakfast), but otherwise a lovely stay. Extra fun with shuffleboard, foosball, billiards etc.

I had an incredibly beautiful room with a sea view, and the breakfast had a wide selection with delicious cheeses, homemade Nutella, and I could go on. The staff was friendly, and the decor was lovely. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful place to relax and spoil yourself. I would particularly recommend eating at restaurant 1861. Their food was amazing.

Fantastic hotel. Can only be recommended

We have a room with a small terrace. So.beautiful, the place is wonderful and oozes calmness and people who know what they are doing, everything from the wine club to the restaurant 1861. Rarely have I tasted such delicious and well-prepared food. 12 out of 10 and we are everyday cooks.

Wonderful place, incredibly relaxing! The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated. The incredibly soft acoustics in the lobby and dining areas put you at ease as soon as you step in. Great and varied breakfast selection. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Lunch is also very nice with grill, seafood, and veggie options. The spa is a great attraction with a sauna overlooking Øresund and Sweden in the distance. Went there in February which was great for winter bathing and a dip in the outdoor heated pools afterwards! Duck for dinner was very tasty accompanied by a varied wine and drinks selection. The bar has pool tables and is a good way to end your evening. Casino is also open, even though I didn’t go. The parking lot and view from the rooms not facing the sea are a bit dull, but may have been nicer in the spring or summer.
