Hotel Propellen Billund

The room was small. The pool was cold. When asked for a recommendation about food, the restaurant recommended was not suitable for young kids.

A cozy hotel with a pleasant setting, recently renovated, and it's noticeable! Comfortable room, gentle warmth throughout the hotel, view of a large interior courtyard, numerous places to sit freely in the hotel for a quiet reading. The breakfast is not to be missed, a pearl, extremely complete and for all tastes. At the end of March I paid around €150 per night, which is not cheap; but here in Scandinavian countries, nothing is cheap actually. Two and a half steps from Legoland and close to the airport, can be very practical for some. So I would still qualify the service as good value for money. In short, every reason to recommend!

A super nice hotel with a delicious breakfast.. However, the restaurant does not work in the evening, which is a minus.. (you can eat at another hotel approx. 800 m away) Their suite, which we stayed in, is really big, bright and clean. It said there was a mini bar, but there isn't.. there was just an empty fridge.. So that was also disappointing.. but otherwise it's a nice place for couples, families, etc.

For a 4 star hotel it is expensive for what it offers

Standard room, clean, tidy, beds and pillows very soft - very uncomfortable for me to sleep on. Very tasty breakfast, average coffee. A big plus is the gym, ping-pong table and swimming pool. The service was thorough, but not very friendly in my opinion. 20 minutes' walk to Lego House. Overall, I recommend it

Had an incredible time at the Lodge. Staff: 5/5: The workers were extremely kind and attentive. They attended to all my needs. I even had a package delivered to the hotel and they knew right away that I was the one receiving it. The housekeeping staff were also very kind, smiling and saying hello. Amenities 5/5: I guess maybe it was because I was there during off season but I felt like I had the whole place to myself. The gym was one of the best hotel gym i've ever seen. Everything was clean with towels and water station. The dumbbells don't go that high up but is understandable. I also used the pool and sauna which were very nice. No one was there so I enjoyed the place to myself. The pool is definitely kid friendly with a kids section and floating devices. They also had a lounge room that was very beautiful and comfortable to do work. Overall: I highly recommend. I paid a very low rate but I think it was because it was off season. I will definitely be coming back when I visit the next event in Lego House.

Stayed over while visiting family. Great place, very central for everything. Good breakfast. Good size rooms. Could do with a bit nicer toiletries especially the conditioner - take your own !!

Great hotel, stayed here for two nights. Breakfast was good but I didn't try any other food. Nice service and they even let me borrow a plug adapter as I forgot mine

Tucked away at the back of the Lodge hotel, the Leaf restaurant is a modern and spacious area. The food was fabulous, we ordered the monkfish and the pearl barley. But the menu was very short with approximately 5 main meals. I’m not sure how frequently the menu is changed Quality of ingredients and cooking was fantastic and would highly recommend for a meal if you are in Billund Service was a little slow but very polite I found the meal to be expensive at £60 for 2 main courses and 1 glass of wine
