Hotel Skandinavien Langeland

Lovely hotel that my partner and I always use when we visit family in town. We always look forward to coming back because of the lovely atmosphere, comfortable rooms and an absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet with freshly made eggs and where no expense has been spared on the ingredients.

We had the pleasure of spending two nights at this hotel. The owner was a very nice man who took care of us. We had to check out very early and wouldn't have had any breakfast. The owner simply left us the kitchen key so we could make ourselves some sandwiches.

This hotel is highly recommended. Enjoy the old atmosphere and friendly host. We were here to stay overnight, and there are only a few hotels here that can match the bedding. You sleep in a dream, with the most delicious down duvets and mattresses. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and lovely. Lovely breakfast in a quiet, nice room. Thank you for a really good experience. This small, family-run hotel captivated me! From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel's work is done with heart and passion. The hotel itself is lovingly furnished and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere – you immediately feel at home. The value for money? Simply outstanding! Comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast with regional products, loving details everywhere – and all at a price that will astonish you. But the true gem of this hotel is the host. I'm not exaggerating when I say: This is the friendliest, most welcoming person I've ever met while traveling. Attentive, helpful, always with a smile on his face – he embodies genuine hospitality, something you rarely find these days. You can tell that his guests' well-being is truly important to him – nothing seems forced, everything comes from the heart. I'm completely thrilled and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. An absolutely wonderful hotel with a host who is exactly what a host should be: warm, welcoming and caring about his guests. Incredible service, thoughtful and friendly. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but wished it had been longer and we will be happy to come back!

A two-star hotel currently under renovation, it will likely be even better in a few months. It stands out for the owner's great courtesy and attentiveness, always ready to offer solutions for every need. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, and personalized.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which are much needed to be honest. However, the hotel is absolutely charming and is placed on an old market square, very close to the center of the city. The highlight of the stay is definitely the host. I have never met a more welcoming hotel owner! He is full of good advice about what to see, very kind and obviously just enjoys being a host. The breakfast is very well rounded and has a big selection of home made goods. And you get to choose how you would like your eggs cooked!

Cozy old hotel with newly restored rooms. Personal and welcoming service upon arrival. Perfect for a few nights. Breakfast included. Other dining not possible. Very reasonable price.
