Hotel Østerport København

I've been to this hotel countless times now. The rooms, although not very luxurious, are still pleasant and modest. Although you are right next to a railway line, it is still not unpleasant. The location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the city center or the harbor.

good value for money. cute and new. convenient both for getting around on foot and by bus and metro. daily cleaning of the room must be requested. the no railway rooms are quiet. in the corridors there are rooms with ironing boards and irons. they rent bikes. advised.

Nice staff, close to the station, good location. Flimsy architecture as the hotel is extremely oblong, along the train tracks, so you have to count on noise from the trains.

Good for train enthusiasts like my son! If you are a light sleeper maybe avoid, as other reviews mention the view outside is directly on the train tracks. - we are talking maybe 1-2 metres from your window to the train!

Overall, our stay at the Go Hotel was pleasant and just right for a city trip. We had a room that wasn't directly facing the tracks. The train was audible, but it didn't really bother us. The room itself was rather small, but absolutely sufficient for a city trip. The location of the hotel is very central, which is a big advantage. You could rent bikes right outside the door, which we found very convenient. The train station was also close by and it was only about 6 minutes by bike to the city center. It took about 20 minutes to walk, which made the location ideal for us. Overall, the Go Hotel offers a good base for exploring the city - practical and uncomplicated.

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location within easy reach of everything and with the train in front of the airport. Good and varied breakfast. Also bread and Danish roll for my celiac cousin.

The hotel is actually not bad. The gym, staff, WiFi and service are good. There are deductions for the breakfast, which, among other things, does not have scrambled eggs or Nutella, and for the lack of air conditioning. This is particularly noticeable if you have a window on the train side. Despite everything, we slept well.

Only 5 meters to the train track, the rooms is not soundproof, but at least clean.

Totally ok hotel! Every time the train passes, the whole building shakes. The sound is probably mostly due to old windows with double glazing instead of triple glazing. The bathroom is not at all like the pictures, but is quite dirty and gets wet all over the floor after a shower. The door to the bathroom is also very old and cannot be locked?? Busy if you want to go to the toilet alone. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and it feels fresh and a really good location! However, leave the car at home as parking costs over SEK 700 per day nearby.

After we were kicked out of the hostel we had actually booked, we looked for a replacement at 9 p.m. We came across the GoHotel Østerport and were thrilled. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! The rooms were super clean, spacious and the bathroom was newly renovated, the bed was very comfortable and there was also a new large TV. Our room was right on the train line, which couldn't be ignored, but didn't bother us either during the day or at night. Free earplugs were also available if needed. Definitely sufficient for a short trip and unbeatable for the low price. The lobby is super modern and makes a good first impression. The hotel staff was also extremely friendly and was happy to advise and inform us at any time if we had any questions. Another thing that impressed us was the short distance to the city center (15 minutes) or the great connection with the metro (5 minutes, station right next to the hotel). Since some of us (18 & 17 years old) were still underage, which led to problems in the hotel we had previously booked, this didn't turn out to be an obstacle in this hotel! We are still excited! If I go to Copenhagen again, I will book this hotel again at any time and can only recommend it!
