The price is affordable and the location is convenient. It is close to the Little Mermaid and the city center. The room is big enough. The main drawback is the sound of the train passing by. Earplugs are also provided.

The rooms face directly onto the train tracks where trains run all night.

Very good hotel. Only downside: the rooms are close to the railway tracks, so they are noisy.

A pleasant hotel with a touch of nonchalance in the form of running trains. It's worth taking advantage of, and the noise isn't so bothersome. Friendly service.

This was my first time visiting Copenhagen and I am happy I chose this hotel! I recommend this place for first time visitors like me. Yes the price is high, but this is an extremely expensive city, and it was good value compared to other places in the area.
The staff was all very friendly, and they even let us check in early which was so kind. Rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable (harder mattress). It gets very dark at night in the room. Regarding the train noise, if you book the side of the hotel that’s opposite the track, you will hear NOTHING with the window closed. With the window open, it is very light noise, not loud enough to wake you or keep you up. The noise from the guest next door was louder (the walls were a bit thin). Also, the gym is amazing for a hotel gym.
Location is great, you have to walk just 20-25 minutes to get to Nyhavn and Christiansborg. It is a safe, comfortable walk. Kastellet and its surrounding park is right next to you. Being so close to Østerport station is so convenient. The hotel is only 2 minutes from the train which takes you to Malmö, Helsingør, and the airport! You can also use the metro or train to get to the city centre but we chose to walk. You’re also right by a grocery store, 7/11 and 2 coffee shops, which are all inside the train station.
My only criticism is that you have to pay to store your luggage. Maybe this is normal in Denmark but where I’m from it’s very unusual!

Very well located, both for transportation and for eating outside the hotel, the noise from the trains isn't that serious...

The hotel is centrally located and literally close to public transport. Trains literally pass right by your window. Our window had a railway switch, which you could clearly hear every time.
The staff is super friendly, and our room was very small, with a narrow bed, which is fortunately not very tall.

Stayed here for three nights when availability and affordability was limited in Copenhagen. The location is excellent for access to the city, trains, metro, buses. There is a supermarket, 7-11 like shop, and Joe the Juice across the street. I was initially concerned when I saw the location near the rail tracks. The rooms are OK. The rooms are clean, tv set, good shower, and 304 had a nice view. No water so bring your own water. Ask for 2nd floor. Bring your WAX ear plugs and eye mask if you are a light sleeper. Smoke detector strobe light goes off at night. From 12-5am, not a lot of trains go by. Walking distance to little mermaid, design museum and Nyhavn too. I would stay here again!
