Hotel Østerport København

Very close to the train and metro. Room cleaning wasn't very good.

Room: We chose a railway sleeper room. During our stay the weather was fairly warm. Unfortunately, there is no air con so we had to open the door which allowed for air but made sleeping noisier than closed. If you require silence do not stay here but if you like white noise (door closed) the noise is fine. The rooms are clean and basic but suitable. We came with our baby and a cot and nice duvet spread was provided. The bunk beds, once pulled out from the wall, have very very sharp locks on them which we have cut ourselves on. (This needs to be changed as not suitable for adults never mind children). The bathroom could do with grout cleaner. It would be good to have a valuables safe in the rooms. There is no lift so staying here on my own with a pram wouldn’t have worked as there are no ground floor rooms. Food: The breakfast we did not have as it is roughly £15 per day. Service: The staff are attentive providing us a fan for the room and cutlery for our take outs. The location: 2 mins to the train station and a small supermarket. Direct routes to the airport and Sweden. Overall price: I guess it’s reasonable for Copenhagen but compared to other countries I have travelled it’s on the expensive side for a 3 star.

Amazing budget hotel, me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as a weekends away and looking for a budget holiday, the room was perfect there’s a hair dryer, towels, tea and coffee sachet provided for you.they also provide you a shower gel and shampoo as well We arrived at half 10 in the morning at the hotel as we took an early flight. The check in is after 3pm but the receptionist lady checked us in early as our room is already been done and ready. The cleaners and the receptionist here are so lovely and friendly. At night, we were scared that the train will make noise and stuff I will sleep but it did not disturb us at all. We can hardly hear the train runs at night. We would come back here again I’m very impressed.

Nice for the price. However, you have to be aware of the noise from the train track right next door. The train runs all night. The room was fine, had everything it needed and was clean.

My family stayed here for a few days over New Years and absolutely loved it. The location is superb for getting to different parts of the city, the train and metro stations are just over the road and it's a few minutes walk to lovely parks. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful!! Thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting Copenhagen, we will certainly return here again in the future!!

The hotel is a great base for exploring the city. The train doesn't bother you much. A 15-minute walk to the Mermaid Sea.

Great location, good size room & comfortable bed. Kettle with tea and coffee. Trains not that often in the evenings but earplugs provide if needed. Breakfast was adequate, to set you up for the day. We would stay here again!

Transportation was very easy. The room was simple and comfortable. You just have to take 280 steps from reception to the room. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel met my expectations for the type of trip I was taking: good location, spacious and clean room, and very hospitable reception staff.

I would stay in this hotel again . The location of the hotel is perfect for business trips since it is next to the train station and you can get taxi easily as well since it's on main road. There is super market next to it but you will have a good walk for restaurants . The staff is friendly and responsive . The room size was pretty decent even for two people . The room has cloth rack but not closet The room was equipped with tea kettle and blow drier The breakfast was good but it would not harm to have some hard boiled eggs next to the soft boiled egg. The layout of the hotel is so interesting ,it feels like a building tower laying on its back so instead of climbing stairs you walk in very long corridors . But Nothing really brothered me in this hotel and would stay there again
