Nicely located nearby the airport but actually there is nothing special to say about the hotel. Not bad at all but also not good. Average in all aspects for me. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Hotel is in a perfect location within easy reach of both the airport and Lego House and LegoLand. The gentleman at reception who welcomed us upon our late arrival was super friendly and super helpful. We borrowed an adapter. The room on the ground floor with mini sitting room and bathroom. Daily room cleaning. Amazing breakfast with a huge choice and everything delicious. In the evening you can dine at the restaurant. Our stay was perfect.

We made a few days family trip from Finland to Denmark. We stayed at Hotel Svanen. The visit was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfest was good and the evening dinner was also very good. We felt very welcome during our visit. Good hotel to us. Thank you.

The facility is located in a good location and even for people without a car it is not a problem. The whole thing makes a good impression, but it is worth paying attention to the standard of the rooms, because it is not like in the photos - yes, the apartments are, but everything else is more like 2/3 stars. Work on maintaining cleanliness and bathrooms, because breakfast and service are at a good level.

The hotel is about 900 meters from Legoland. Very polite service. Some of the rooms are located outside the main building, so you need to dress warmly for breakfast. Very rich breakfast, high-quality products. As for the rooms, unfortunately ours was quite worn out. Overall, I recommend it.

Very standard hotel with no frills. Clean room and helpful reception. Very convenient to access Lego corporate HQ or LegoLand park! Both a 10 min walk. Room came with free breakfast. 20-25 min walk to downtown Billund to access restaurants and LegoHouse.

16/10/2024: Went with my mate his wife and their 3 children. There is something for everyone on the menu and adjustments were made with a smile. Super service and lovely food. Was so good we came again on the same holiday. Absolutely fair prices.

06/08/2024: Except the fact that it is a bit pricy,also because all drinks are at an extra cost,we liked it very much.Small tasting portions of some dishes allow you to taste many things without getting overstuffed-although the risk is still there because of the variety of the Scandinavian type buffet.Waiters are cleaning the dishes with a rocket speed.It was a pleasant experience that undoubtedly could be repeated,but we are generally not picky/food allergic either.We made a reservation,as recommended on the site,but we've seen many available tables,so maybe one might be lucky without a reservation,as well .
17/07/2024: Got a table for 8 people within 5 minutes... Pizza was very good. 1 star deducted for the ambience because the walk-in customers always open the door and it feels drafty when you sit at the counter.
