Hotel Svanen Billund

Extremely pleasant and favorite place. It can be reached on foot from the airport, there is also public transport. Those who have a car can use the hotel parking lot.

Lovely clean rooms, the only downside is the very cold floor in the bathroom..

The location is very convenient for visiting Legoland, but the service wasn't that great. And the rooms had a strange smell.

Lovely spacious rooms, great that we can bring our dog. Sweet and friendly staff. I haven't met the chef, but he gets 10 stars with an arrow up. Fantastic menu, despite the fact that he had to conjure up a menu without gluten and lactose. Stop it, I have NEVER experienced such delicious food. Totally accomplished. Even though I'm full, I'm looking forward to seeing if the breakfast can live up to the dinner.

Most of the rooms are slightly old. Some rooms seemed to be renovated. The hotel rooms' style are same as motels (1 floor buildings). My room (specially bath room) was not clean. There were so many hairs on the floor. The breakfast was good. Staff was kind. So many parking places in the hotel yard.

Perfect for a trip to Billund. There's also a shuttle to the city.

A very pleasant 3-day stay. Clean hotel with a typical Danish atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, as was the coffee and beer. I recommend it and hope to return.

Cool place to stay, reminds me of a complex with sweet "Bungalows". Checked in at night and theres a happy hour where you can get a free alc. drink, very cool bartender and all staff is nice. Nothing to complain about, breakfast aswell is a good buffet and enough space to sit. good stay

The place is small but nice there’s playrooms for kids but the food was really expensive and really small, quite close to legoland but 20 min walk to Lego house although there’s a free bus to most places from there.

Very comfortable room, excellent restaurant (try meat...fantastic)...and above all...the kindness of the reception
