Hotel Svanen Billund

Stayed for one night in Hotel Svanen. Awesome experience with a 3 course dinner included. Go for dinner! Room was good enough for what you need. Jacuzzi/BubbleBath was okay. Online the photos showed a much bigger one. Could upgrade/invest in an actual shower.. (you sort of pulled it out of the bath.) Staff were very kind and friendly. Restaurant makes a stunning selection of food attached with great wines and definitely some lovely cocktails! Breakfast was good! Lego Land around the corner.

Fantastic service and food. Just nice to be there. No super rooms just ordinary with a great place to spend the weekend.

Hotel Svanen consists of several buildings. The main building consists of a reception, a bar and a restaurant. The food is good, the breakfast is also tasty and there is a good selection. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Good parking possibilities right in front of the room building. The service is very helpful.

The ambiance at the restaurant was great. The short ribs and the sweet potato was phenomenal.

Nicely located nearby the airport but actually there is nothing special to say about the hotel. Not bad at all but also not good. Average in all aspects for me. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We booked a single night at Hotel Svanen as we had a gift card from Smartbox. It was only for two people, but we talked to the staff before we could take our little son with us and it was no problem. The hotel is very child-friendly, especially the restaurant, which also has a playroom, the option for them to draw before the food arrives and a lot of different children's dishes and even children's drinks. Large and delicious selection for breakfast. The service was really good. Both receptionist and waiters provided excellent service. Cozy room we got. The only small minus is that the restaurant is very expensive. However, the quality lives up to this. We would love to come another time :-)
