Lovely and relaxing spa which will definitely have to be tried again.
If you had to put a finger on something, there was a little "finish" missing in terms of baseboards, cracked ceiling in the room. But it wasn't something that ruined the experience

Overall, it was a really good experience, and we both think we might want to come again.
We're not up to a pure 5 yet, but it has the potential, and we think 4 is too little.
What counted for 5 stars:
Very comfortable junior suite. Good beds and NICE with a pillow option in the room! Nice to have heat in the floor in the bathroom and the toilet, which are separate. Which works well.
We were greeted with bubbles and chocolate as well as delicious e-cooking products.
In the suite, there was extra fuss with small containers of night cream, foot cream, clay mask and a 125 ml cleansing gel. It was enjoyed by both of us, and is just that extra that we didn't expect but notice!
The SPA was both cosy, nicely decorated and had what we expected in terms of features. We compare with Vejlefjord and Falkenberg & Tylösand in Sweden. Especially positive was Saunagus with the gusmesteren, with the small sigh that we sat too close, as he didn't want to say no to the last 2 who came after everyone else was ready (I don't think it's cool to sit right next to other people , so that one's thighs/arms touch each other).
The food was ok tasty both days. We thought your breakfast buffet was ok. Maybe your morning buns could be a little more baked and a little more salty. They didn't taste like much.
We also visited the cozy beach and the town during our 2-night stay. The view from the junior suite was rather dull out to the main road.
Room for improvement and feedback:
The level of service was fluctuating. It seemed like there were quite a few new employees. Regarding the waiters then the new ones did not look to remove used crockery e.g. bread and butter plates when they picked up dinner plates. There was no focus on asking about coffee and dessert wine at dinner, and at lunch on 7/2 there was one waiter, and she was incredibly absent and out in the kitchen instead of among us guests. It was generally difficult to get attention from some of the waiters maybe because they were untrained/new? Having said that, there was a gentlemen in his 30s and a young Asian waiter. They were good and service-minded waiters, but the level was fluctuating. Say, however, if you have new servants on training, you can do that with a small sign "new in job" or similar, then people's tolerance is also greater.
We didn't have a mobile phone with us in the SPA, there were no waiters in the relax room on the 1st floor who came out and asked if we were missing anything. You could easily have sold us coffee and drinks. In Falkenberg they have a super cozy AND visible drink stand in the SPA area. I can see you may not have the space, but how about a telephone line/bell where you can attract the attention of a waiter.
The areas: those in the suite hallway on the 1st floor already had streaks and marks from the linen & cleaning carts on the white walls. How about having some cross strips put up so that the carriages don't make scratches and lines on the white walls.
There could be a metal rod in the countertop under the sink in the bath to hang the guest towel instead of on the wall to the left of the rather large mirror.
Anyway, I dripped water all over to reach the towel.
In addition, the shower cubicle in room 107 leaks water onto the floor under the sink. I don't think that's the point 😊
Clever charging stations: there were only 2 Clever charging stations and they were NOT marked with "electric cars charging!" signs only. Twice during the 2 nights we had, held alm. cars and blocked off for us who need to charge. I think that is problematic. Prior to arrival, I had called and just made sure that you had Clever charging stations. I know you are not responsible for your guests, but you can make it clearer with signage. On your other electric places there were visible signs, but not on the (only) 2 Clever places that the hotel has.
Summary:
You do it super well. We liked our stay and you, and that's why you also get 5 stars, since you can't give half 😉
Your prices are good compared to Vejlefjord, but more expensive than some of the SPA hotels in Sweden, to which we have a shorter journey from Copenhagen.

The place is newly renovated and is very clean and nice.
Temperature in the different pools is perfectly suitable 🙏🙏👍.
Very good facilities at the spa area.
It may be that the fruit offer will be more attractive if it will be just like in the Vejlefjørd hotel....🙏🙏
We had a 3-course menu which was a great experience, as well as their freshly baked bread.
However, when the starter is so small, the main course must be a little bigger...
2 slices of veal with garnish, without potatoes or more of anything else is not enough!
Good thing there was free popcorn at the bar afterwards 😃😃
But yes, I would probably come again, with a hope that portions will be bigger....
The morning buffet was super nice.
Thanks for a good weekend.
P.S. We really wanted to get a Hamam treatment, but a price of DKK 1095 per person is just over the edge for most people....

Et virkeligt dejligt sted,vi havde betalt for upgraded,så vi havde den skønne havudsigt også selvom vejret var gråt og trist. Servicen hele vejen rundt på hotellet en rigtig god,især en ros til køkkenet.Vi kommer igen, næste gang bliver det en længere ophold

Udmærket spa-område. Minder lidt om en svømmerhal fra 80´erne, med rigtigt gode saunaer og dejlig tagterrasse
Restauranten ok, uden at være hverken god eller dårlig
