Absolute gem of a restaurant! It’s a set menu but they do surprise you with some extra courses. The potato was the best thing ever. Overall really enjoyed the menu, unique flavours and textures. Highly recommend making a booking and stopping by. Perfect for a moody date night

We had a great time at Høst, it’s clearly a very busy place and due to that it is very systematic and quick service, each course arrived very quickly after another. Maybe even too quickly but it suited us well. We had the 3 course menu and bottle of Albariño wine that was both nice. Few surprise courses came during the meal.

The food and service are absolutely fantastic! We especially enjoyed the delicious dishes paired with a wonderful Barolo wine. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-end dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent and creative food and a lovely ambiance. Service was overwhelmed and slow (it took an hour for the first appetizer), but they made up for it with complementary wine.

I went to dinner with a friend at 8:00 p.m. It's true we had a reservation for 8:45 p.m. After waiting for several staff members, the manager came out and explained that we couldn't get a reservation until the reservation time.
So we went to a nearby bar for a drink.
When we returned two minutes before our reservation time, the same waitress greeted us and escorted us to our table.
We chose the long 5-course menu, but since we weren't familiar with how it worked, no one explained that we had to choose the main course.
We ordered a bottle of wine to accompany it.
The waitress then came back to ask about the main courses we hadn't chosen.
The first appetizer was somewhat bland, as were the subsequent starters.
The first was a black bread sandwich with a salmon-flavored white sauce and ferns.
Correct.
The second was a marinated scallop with pickled cucumber, which completely masked the flavor. Quite a failure. The third course consisted of a base of hake with butter sauce and pico de gallo, accompanied by more ferns that were nothing but annoying. Barely approved.
The next course consisted of a glass of thyme with mussel butter sauce, and a straw to sip the contents. Acceptable.
The fifth course was cauliflower with béchamel and almonds, accompanied by tuber estivium, quite tasty, and without a doubt, in my opinion, the best of the night.
Afterwards, we ordered the lobster tail, cooked quite well but a bit bland like any seafood from abroad.
And I selected the entrecote, which was presented perfectly cooked, quite tasty and tender, but its butter and mushroom sauce was overwhelmed by a huge amount of black pepper that masked the flavor of the meat.
Finally, the desserts appeared.
First, a fritter filled with cream ice cream and blueberry jam. Quite adequate.
Then, a blueberry and apple compote, which had a slightly bitter aftertaste.
All of this was accompanied by a bottle of Chateau Neuf du Pape and a bottle of still water.
After waiting to see if the pertit four that had been brought to the next table would arrive, and seeing that they hadn't been served, we asked for the bill.
Upon receiving it, we noticed that we had been charged for two bottles of wine (we only had one) and five bottles of water (we only had one), as well as the extras for the main courses, as stipulated in the menu.
Overall, and considering Denmark, once the billing errors were corrected, the food wasn't too bad. The food was somewhat sparse and not very well-combined, but ultimately, it was minimally prepared and at a more or less reasonable price.
However, when I paid, I asked the waitress for the petrit four, and she said she was sorry for forgetting.
The service could have been improved a lot.

Excellent food and service at this luxury dining establishment. The table was tight and oddly situated in the corner but we made the best of it. Plan on spending lots of money here as it is extremely expensive.

We opted for the AN EVENING AT HØST option, comprising Sparkling wine, 5 course menu, 5 glass wine pairing, coffee and water - everything was truly delicious and tasty!
The Smoked scallops with cucumber and horseradish were so juicy and well presented.
The Lightly baked cod with green asparagus and trout roe had the most silky and amazing beurre blanc sauce.
Creamy potatoes with peas and truffle were well cooked and refreshing.
Mussel soup was so tasty, and the right backs of herbs!
Both the Schnitzel of Chicken with morrels and white asparagus
eller and the other main option of
Beef tenderloin with madagascar pepper and white asparagus were perfect!

Desert of Rhubarb with cardamom and caramel was a great way to end the meal.
All wines and small surprises between course made this a place I’d definitely come back too!

Gran restaurante y un servicio al cliente increíble.
Como todos los buenos restaurantes limitan las opciones y esencialmente se puede tener el catador de 3 platos o el de 5 platos con un maridaje de vinos opcional.
Tienen 2 sesiones y fuimos para la sesión posterior (9 pm) y el único negativo para toda la experiencia fue en el cambio (cuando llegamos) estaba todo muy lleno y todos están almacenados en la puerta y todo un poco incómodo.
Era nuestra segunda noche en Copenhague y habíamos tenido un gran almuerzo, así que opté por el maridaje de 3 platos + vino.
Cada curso fue increíble y entre cursos compraron mini cursos adicionales que fueron muy divertidos.
El maridaje de vinos era perfecto y todo lo que teníamos estaba cocinado y presentado perfectamente.
Ciertamente no necesitábamos 5 cursos y me fui lleno y extremadamente contento.
Copenhague no es barato, sin embargo, sentí que por lo que teníamos y la calidad y presentación de la comida era en realidad una gran relación calidad-precio (en el Reino Unido dinero 250 libras para los 2 de nosotros)
Recomiendo encarecidamente anfitrión para una comida especial.
