The food was outstanding and doesn’t hurt your wallet either. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back when I’m back in Copenhagen next time.

Fabulous food, good service that was a bit difficult to get hold of, and cozy premises.

Very good experience overall. Nice with all the surprise mini-dishes in between the meals. However, not all meals are equally good. The wines offered in a wine menu are, with a few exceptions,underwhelming. Stars off for a service because I got a dirty water glass to start with, otherwise it is fine :)

The absolute best restaurant with super culinary experience food for little money. The restaurant is worth a trip. We have already booked a table again.

If you go to Copenhagen, you must have a dining experience at Host. I cannot recommend it more highly. How it is not Michelin Star restaurant is hard to fathom 🙏

Høst was a great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. The halibut with blue mussels and dill was the highlight dish for me and the white chocolate and sea buckthorn dessert was absolutely delicious. The main courses were a slight disappointment compared to the other dishes. The potato pie from the vegetarian menu was on the bland side and the tenderloin didn’t quite match the level of the other courses, but everything else was fantastic. Wine selection was also excellent. The restaurant itself is very cosy and has a great atmosphere. Despite the mains lacking slightly I would still highly recommend Høst!

I strongly recommend to add the wine pairing to the food, it was lovely. We got some suprises inbetween the official courses and we loved that.

What an amazing experience, booked for my wife's 50th a few weeks before our visit to Copenhagen. From the lovely welcome on arrival, greeted with a Happy Birthday and each a glass of bubbly. We went for the full Hòst experience which is unusual for us, we trusted them with the wine with the six courses. Oh, I forgot to mention the surprises in between courses, everything was delicious. I normally take photos but the experience was so good I wouldn't want to spoil your surprise when dining, just book it, well in advance. Finally, the service from Chris, from the UK, was so pleasant, he really added to the whole evening, thank you Chris 😊 We do plan a future Summer visit to Copenhagen, Hòst will be on the top of our list.
