Really delicious food. A bit factory-like serving, probably due to the many guests. A bit too many and a bit big to be really cozy.

What a meal! An incredible array of flavors. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable, discreet, and efficient service. The three-course meal was excellent in every way, including the amuse-bouche and interludes. It was delicious and definitely worth the trip. Reservations are recommended. A superb experience.

We visited during the Summer 2026 menu and were fortunate enough to receive three additional chef’s surprise courses, all of which were excellent. The dining room felt somewhat intimate, with the tables a little close together, but the exceptionally warm and attentive service more than made up for it. The scallops were pleasantly unconventional, with a distinctly acidic profile that gave the dish a refreshing character. The baked hake with yuzu was particularly well balanced, with the fruitiness of the yuzu complementing rather than overpowering the fish. The potatoes with mussels and shrimps were the standout of the savory courses. The combination of ingredients was generous and varied, while the seasoning was particularly well executed. The beef tenderloin and grilled lobster tail were enjoyable, though somewhat less memorable in comparison. The desserts were a different story — genuinely impressive, with the rosehip being our particular favorite. Overall, this was a very enjoyable dining experience, combining thoughtful cooking with warm and attentive hospitality. We would happily return given the opportunity, especially to experience the restaurant’s other seasonal menus throughout the year.

Impressive place, we had the most enjoyable evening! Atmosphere and service were amazing; a but of a rustic style as a design and warm, quick, and knowledgeable servers. Food menu was well selected; we opted for 5 course tasting experience, but got overall more as there were a couple of complimentary dishes brought out, outside of what was set. The standard menu was definitely more superior than the vegetarian, however everything was tasty. We will definitely recommend!

Wonderful dinner experience at a Michelin guide restaurant. As you would expect for such a prestigious restaurant service was impeccable. The dishes were extremely creative and artful as well as delicious. I’m not a big foodie, but I can appreciate all that went into making these incredible dishes. Every dish brought unexpected explosive flavors that were very much a pleasant surprise. My wife went with the 3 course option and I went with the five course option, but the restaurant routinely brought out extra dishes for us to try so I think I was served a total of about nine courses. Food pictured is smoked scallops,beef tenderloin. These were our main course dishes, but as I mentioned, we had numerous early courses and two dessert courses. If you want a very special and incredible fine dining experience I highly recommend stopping in here. Reservations are required of course so plan early.

A top experience. Some dishes were better than others, but everything was absolutely delicious. The five-course menu also included three little surprises that the chef really appreciated. The young and very friendly staff. Recommended.

Fantastic evening at Høst ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extremely cozy surroundings in the basement and a really good atmosphere. The service was super good and varied throughout the evening, and the staff was really knowledgeable about both the food, the wines and what was served. All in all, a fantastic evening - definitely a place we would like to come again.
