If we talk about breads, here it is already another world, there are varieties of bread, rectangular or round, crispier: normal, whole wheat, with seeds, in short variety and supreme quality. If you are allergic to gluten, here you will enjoy eating something authentic, fresh and super healthy of the day. Super correct attention, even if you place the order they reserve it for you. By the way, the coffee and juices are delicious. You can buy it and they put it in a small box or paper envelope and have breakfast at one of the tables outside, inside there is nothing to sit at or a bar, you just have to order and leave, it is very small. For disabled people it is impossible to go down, there are stairs, but surely if you reserve it, they will take it outside, they are very nice. Anyway, I would like to know how they make this bread so crispy, with how complicated and liquid the gluten-free dough is, I say this from experience in making bread, it is always molded in my house, I think they use another type of flour that I have not discovered yet. It's a shame not to have this establishment in my country. Congratulations, it is well worth walking from the center to try it.

amazing gf bakery! we ordered a bunch of different things and they were all delicious but the croissants were especially good, probably the best ones i've eaten thus far (gf or not). definitely recommend

Siempre feliz de encontrar una panadería 100% libre de gluten sin importar dónde estés, eres un celiaco. Esto no solo se ajustaba a la ley, la calidad de los bienes es de primera clase. El caracol canela y otros pasteles son para morirse. Algunos asientos afuera incluso en el frío.
