What a heaven. I’ve been to a lot of gluten-free bakeries around the world, but this one really nails it. They weren’t dry at all, but flaky, soft, and fluffy. I tried almost everything: rye bread, both cinnamon roll and butter baked rolls, cardamom swirls, tebirkes, and a few savory buns. Rye bread and buns were nothing special, but butter baked cinnamon roll and tebirkes were absolute wow. Even my non-celiac husband was impressed. I wish they had one of those Danish creme pastry though! Definitely my first stop next time I’m back in Copenhagen🫶🏼

First time I have purposely purchased gluten free bread and I am glad I did. Tasty food.!! Definitely give it a try.

I’m not looking specifically for gluten free products but I gave it a try out of curiosity. I notice difference in texture but pastries were still great. Looks like a needed place for many to meet their dietary requirements 🥐

Had my first real bakery croissant ever today at H.U.G! It was so amazing that I almost cried. I will absolutely be back to buy more of their sortiment to bring back home to Sweden! Flakey, soft, sweet, I don’t think I, as a celiac since I was like two years old, have ever tried anything like it except for in Italy! Please open up a bakery in Sweden! So gorgeous, so delicious, I had to go back inside to thank the employees. Thank you again! Amazing pastries. Can’t wait to go back here tomorrow!

Hands down the best gluten free bakery I‘ve ever been to - world wide. I felt like back in the days before I had celiac disease tasting all those delicious rolls and pastries. If I lived here, I’d be twice my size in no time.

This bakery has the best gluten-free pastries and bread I have ever tasted. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. What I love most is that everything is 100% gluten-free, which makes it a perfect place for people with celiac disease. It is such a great feeling to be able to choose anything without worrying about cross-contamination. I was also pleasantly surprised that they even sliced the bread for me, which was a very nice touch and showed great customer service. As someone who often struggles to find really good gluten-free products, I was honestly amazed by how good everything tasted. It did not feel like a compromise at all. I only wish you would expand to the Czech Republic one day! We really do not have bakery products this good, especially not gluten-free and healthy ones. In fact, I brought several loaves of bread and some buns back home to Prague so I could freeze them and enjoy your bakery products for a little longer. That probably says everything about how much I loved them! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back when I visit Copenhagen again.
