We had a wonderful experience at Hugo No 19! Tapas were delicious and well prepared, and both wine and beer were carefully selected to go perfectly with the food. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, and the service was top notch. Highly recommended for those looking for a good tapas experience with good wine and beer in lovely surroundings.
