Huks Fluks København

Service was a little slow, but the food was great... And nothing beats dining under the mistle-hams hanging from the ceiling.

I took my girlfriend there for her birthday; the food was good, especially the croquettes, but nothing special.

Besides the napkins, everything was top dollar...

Huks Fluks - Our group of eight visited Huks Fluks for Sunday brunch. We ordered a selection of starters and main courses, all of which were tasty and harmoniously put together. The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. Huks Fluks is known for its delicious Pata Negra hams, which are served thinly sliced ​​on a platter at a reasonable price. The hams hang elegantly in the room in front of an open fireplace. The croquettes, fried balls filled with Pata Negra and Comté, were very tasty. The Pimientos de Padrón with mojo rojo was a dish where the peppers could have been more fried or deep-fried, but the mojo rojo was excellent. The Tartar Savoie, consisting of raw steak with cornichons, mayonnaise and crispy potatoes, was exceptionally good. However, the toasted flatbread could have been toasted more. The French fries at Huks Fluks are of the highest quality. Fantastically delicious Moules frites with a perfectly balanced sauce. I highly recommend Huks Fluks.

At Huks Fluks we had super delicious food and a great menu that ended with dessert. Everything was extremely tasty. I really liked all the ham and pork and the crème brûlée was also good. The pork especially was so delicious. It is really worth visiting this restaurant for the food alone. The only downside was the extremely slow service. It took 3 hours before we even got the dessert. We were a table of 10 people and had booked everything in advance, so they should have known how much to prepare. We were the first to arrive in the evening and the last to leave because the pacing was a bit too slow for my taste. Even though we like to sit and talk, we were all very tired by the end. But the food was high quality so overall it was a nice experience.

We arrive in a flash, on our annual Christmas trip, with the family. We are welcomed well, and are seen and heard. I like the place, partly because of the rustic walls, dried hams on the ceiling and fire in the 'wall-built fireplace' as well as contrasts with small wall tiles, beautiful floors, authentic vibes.. scenes that associate with southern memoirs. The food is always quite inviting and tasteful. And if you suddenly have a gluten allergy, they can also accommodate these special needs. The staff is extremely patient, spacious and quite professional. The restaurant fills up quickly despite it being just Monday morning. Precisely because, here you just can't go wrong in the city and time stands still a bit when you sit in this small town 'pearl'. For the same reason it gets 5 stars because I feel seen, comfortable when I leave there, (have been there 4 times.) and will definitely choose it again for next year's Christmas trip. Lovely place with a view of Gråbrødre Torv. Had Tartar Savoie, which is beef tartare with gherkins, egg yolk and crispy pommes pailles; here supplemented with french fries. Great lunch dish! It took a while to be served, but the service was impeccable.
