Done deliciously and elegantly! Fantastic dishes with a rare finesse of delicious ingredients. Relaxed atmosphere and very high quality. Sweet service. We had a lovely experience and can highly recommend Hummerens hus.

De lækreste fiskeretter vi har fået på dansk jord. Vel tilberedte og smagfulde. Super betjening af værtsparret Karen og Flemming. Alt var perfekt - I må ikke besøge Læsø uden at have besøgt Hummerens hus.

22/06/2025: Really nice place with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere! Inside the atmosphere is warm and maritime, and outside you can enjoy the sun on the lovely terrace with shelter – perfect for an outdoor lunch. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the food was top notch! We had delicious shooting stars – and the best thing was that there were really good gluten-free options. Even the shooting stars with breaded fish fillet were able to be made gluten-free, without compromising on the taste. Big praise for the flexibility! All in all a wonderful experience – we would love to come back! ⚓️🍽️☀️
