We were hungry and we are not Danes, but after first bite we’re converted to adepts of this place. We enjoyed the first three burgers from the menu, including the camembert love bomb burger: The juiciest and most flavorful cutlet, bright sauce, original homemade pickle. At first, it might seem like there's no atmosphere near a train station, but at this particular station, everything is somehow appropriate and unobtrusive, and immediately high-class in terms of atmosphere. A special tribute to the establishment's owner, who sees the world in orange: with his articulations, our feelings acquire at least some approximate verbal description!)

I'm no burger expert, but that patty was probably one of the best I've ever had. The prices are very reasonable (unlike other popular Danish restaurants), and I really like the chill and casual vibe of a little food spot at the station, where you can see people coming and departing, and so close to Bellevue Beach. Simple but effective menu. Warning for foodies who don't like greasy. This IS greasy, but tasty!

Now it will be exciting to see if they live up to the hype. My wife has ordered a plain cheeseburger and I have ordered a Waygu burger. It is a busy Friday night and you can tell they have had a busy day. That doesn't change the feeling of being welcomed by a team and a boss who genuinely loves their job, makes you feel welcome and special, and most of all wants to serve the best burger on the planet. Had they done it? Yes, the burger was absolutely fantastic (both the Waygu gourmet burger for the burger enthusiast, but also the regular burger for the skilled chef) But now comes the Clue. Not only were the burgers out of the ordinary, so were the sides. 👉Fantastic fries that were double dipped, hot and salty 👉Ketchup that was absolutely excellent and homemade fermented relish. Fresh and wonderfully spicy. 👉Lemonade, sour/sweet and fresh and lovely for the fatty burger. Out of 5 stars I have to give 6 stars On a 12 scale they get 13 Thanks for the food.

I've been following Hungry Dane on social media since they won Denmark's best burger in 2020. Since then, I've regularly thought about taking my family there to try it. It took exactly 6 years 🫣 Expectations were sky-high - and we weren't disappointed. We'll be back and it won't be 6 years, I can tell you. Best burgers I've ever had. Come on!

The burger is undoubtedly delicious, but it’s quite small for the price. Given the restaurant’s ambiance and pricing, I expected a more substantial portion.
