What a gem! Our favourite meal in Copenhagen. Warm, hospitable and delicious. The restaurant has a classic feel to it which feels untouched by time but in the best way, as if soaked in memories and good times. The waiters were very friendly and guided us through a traditional meal in the city, delicious herring, perfectly cooked butter fried plaice and paired with the elite combo of a pint of beer and tiny glass of aquavit. Good times, highly recommend!

Classic lunch restaurant with a focus on delicious food and good service, and they fully live up to both. Present and charming service with room for a quick comment. Just cozy. I had the Paris steak, which was perfectly medium, and with horseradish that made my nose hurt, as it should. Contrary to all dietary advice, I finished with deep-fried camembert and a Porse. Simply fantastic. Looking forward to coming again.

Delicious. Highly recommended. We're from Mexico, and I find different flavors challenging, but my palate really appreciated these. It's different, but if you enjoy different spices, the pairings are an excellent choice.

If you visit Copenhagen, you absolutely must go to this restaurant! All the dishes are delicious! Very cozy atmosphere, soft lighting. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place, doesn't look much to the outside world but when you get inside it's cozy and genuine. The service is perfect, very friendly staff. We ate smørrebrød with fish, shrimp and asparagus. It was absolutely the best smørrebrød we've ever eaten. This place is a must visit when you're in Copenhagen, and have a couple of Aquavit shots.

The staff is really nice and introduce us the traditional food and history of this restaurant I couldn’t be more enjoy here, definitely a highlight during my visit in the city

Outstanding food and service! A truly local dining experience. This is lunch only establishment and the kitchen closes at 4pm.
