I like a place that has served beer for 302 years, wine for 320. My daughter got me into journaling (a blessing and a curse). I pulled up a literal corner and sampled their wares. I'm currently on a balcony at my stay taking in how lucky a person I am. Cheers! And visit some history at Hviids Vinstue

08/11/2025: My wife and I visited this lovely restaurant. The duck was crispy and juicy and served with both wide and brown potatoes, sourdough, cucumber salad and a little garnish. The salmon was thick and came with asparagus and a matching sauce. For desert a classic rice alamande with cherries and that was enough for the two of us. We say thank you and see you again
