Love this pasta place! My favorite carbonara in all of Copenhagen. The pasta is super fresh and all of their dishes are authentic and delicious. The staff is so friendly and even stayed open late one night to make a round of pastas for a group of friends I had visiting. A lifelong customer for sure!

The two very kind owners and the delicious dishes made us feel like we were in Italy. The carbonara was perfect and the service was very fast. We'll gladly return if we ever see Copenhagen again.

As soon as we arrived, we stumbled upon Stend il Mattarello. The staff were lovely, the welcome was excellent, and above all, the carbonara was truly Italian, cooked and flavorful. Definitely worth trying again, highly recommended.

Today my son had lunch at this little place, and my objective rating is 10! Artisanal pasta made on-site, very good! We also received impeccable service and a warm welcome! Special mention to the Sardinian chef who interacted with us...highly recommended! Thank you

I had a truly spectacular Carbonara! The Tiramisu was also special. The staff was all Italian, very friendly; they're truly worth it. The location inside a market is also very beautiful. Highly recommended; if you're passing through Copenhagen, you have to come here!

24/08/2025: A small, cozy restaurant with the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in for a great meal. The food was amazing, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. The menu changes often, which just gives me another reason to go back.
08/08/2025: Great food, originally, funny and fitting ambiance, fast and nice service, relaxing or powerful good background music (Bossa, Latin, Jazz, Funk). I‘ve chosen a mixture of different tastes. Everything was great for itself but my combo made it perfect. The chicken wings are absolute madness - try them otherwise you will regret it.
