When I eat here, my only question is, should I take carbonara, or Cacio e Pepe? For drinks? Chinotto Tomarchio for sure!

We ate a carbonara made with fresh pasta of the day, pecorino romano and mouth-watering crunchy bacon, worthy of the best Roman restaurants. Highly recommended!!
