Very good!!! I never thought I would eat such a good carbonara in Copenhagen and instead I had to change my mind. The pasta is super creamy, the bacon is crunchy and of the highest quality, simply perfect. I recommend it if you feel like going home for a moment or simply if you want to try something really good

For anyone who wants to be a child again and rediscover the tastes of home: fresh pasta cooked to perfection (there is the possibility of choosing different types of long or short pasta) combined with traditional Italian sauces. I tried the spaghettone cacio e pepe and the mezzeri rigatoni with the sauce of the day made with sausage, guanciale broth and parmesan, all combined with an excellent glass of red wine. The staff was very kind, meeting the owners was truly pleasant, you can see that they love what they do and believe in it deeply. Thank you Valerio and Lucia for this little corner of happiness and for making the experience even more unique. I recommend it to Italians and non-Italians, who want to know or rediscover the true taste of homemade pasta!

A wonderful pasta dish that feels just like home. The pasta is fresh, just like the other ingredients—generous portions and full of flavor. Don’t miss the chance to do a proper scarpetta! Make sure to try the tiramisu too—it’s as good as the one my mom makes. Absolutely delicious. Perfect whether you’re Danish or Italian—you won’t be disappointed.
