Great spot for fresh pasta, and the guy was super helpful letting me taste wine before ordering and explaining the dishes and wines. Super friendly staff.

We ordered the Pomodoro from the main dishes and a kids’ meal—both were excellent.

If you are Italian and you miss a good plate of pasta, this is the right place. The only complaint is that almost 60 euros for two carbonaras and two beers seems a bit too much, even considering the prices in Copenhagen. Finally, in my opinion, it is not nice to insistently ask for a review. All in all, a highly recommended place.

Incredible! Was struggling on what to choose when I was wandering around TorvehallerneKBH but when I saw the guys at il matterello tucked away in the corner my decision was made. I’m an absolute sucker for a carbonara and I can say it was genuinely one of, if not the best I’ve ever had. Portion size was good and the taste was exceptional.

We had delicious pasta, spritzes and tiramisu - the food came quickly and was cooked to the perfect al dente texture! Andrea and Anna were incredibly friendly and funny, really had the atmosphere of eating at a friend’s house. Always worth asking about the special, as we enjoyed their delicious puttanesca!!
