Anyone visiting Henne Strand simply has to stop by for a break and enjoy an ice cream or an Aperol Spritz. Ishuset is a true institution! Unfortunately, it burned down last week and it will probably be some time before it can reopen.

Next to Kobmand Hansen's Spar supermarket, it's one of the first places you go. Whether it's a Royal on tap, a latte macchiato with soft serve, just a soft serve, or any of their other offerings. Almost every day when you come back from the beach.

The soft-serve ice cream and beer are always delicious. Ishuset is highly recommended and a must-visit in Henne Strand! I can confirm, the glasses are always full!

24/07/2026: Lovely wait staff who are open, smiling and calm, regardless of the number of guests. The food tasted really good, but there was nothing really special about it. We had the fish of the day (haddock), burger and shooting stars. We also had beer another day. The restaurant is located on the square and you can enjoy live music, if there is any, in the Strandbaren. A huge plus is that the seating is sheltered from the (west) wind, because the building is covered.
24/07/2026: The best food I've had in a long time. You need to be a little patient if it's very busy, but it's not a big deal, and the food was truly incredible. Definitely go if you're in the area!
