Love your ice cream and have been coming since day one of ...men it's absolutely wild your ice cream balls have soon become so small that it's embarrassing and I don't understand it. But I find it sad 🥰🥰😪 in the picture there are 2 balls

Completely impossible to communicate with the Ice Creamery about complaints. In the store they refer to mail, which is not answered despite several attempts. Had sent the kids off after a web order. They were handed another customer's order. Which of course contained something completely different. Tried to call, have contacted me personally as well as by email. No reaction. Now, it's not because it's cheap to shop at the Ismageriet, I would probably have expected slightly better service - at least some kind of reaction. Having said that, the ice cream is still good and we continue to shop there weekly. Update: Although Christopher has replied about their ambitions regarding the response from the complaint email, I still haven't heard a sound.

I am totally obsessed with ice cream from the ice cream parlor and would like to give 6,7,8,9 & 10 stars because they simply have the most delicious ice cream and many different flavors 😜 the only minus I have is that there is rarely 2 L of ice in a 2 L flamingo box, my daughter and I have actually bought many 2 L boxes home and have also had them delivered with Just Eat, we started weighing them and at the end of our 10' purchase of The 2L boxes were weighted and there was 1.59 L of ice cream missing, it's quite a bit of practice as ice cream is not cheap 🤷🏼‍♀️ And dear Ice Creamery, when will the birthday layer cake ice cream be available 🤤 we are longing for it 😅

Good ice cream, and a very large selection of flavors. The service was good, although there were only very young girls in there, who were all nice. Large place with seating both inside and outside (out on the sidewalk and in an enclosed courtyard)
