The brunch was more like a breakfast with not too many options. it was ok+. Service, atmosphere and location was very good. $80+ per person (no alcohol).

The fusion between fish and fire is beautifully made. Especially the fish is great! Like, really. The meet was okay, the beef was tender with some chewy bits I was surprised to find at this level, the pork was dry. That was disappointing. The first dish was finger food, but they didn’t offer hand sanitiser or a warm towel before. That seems appropriate to do. The surroundings were surprisingly intimate and well done for such a vast space. The service was kind, but could do with a little more attention during the meal, checking of everything is OK. The fish was amazing. I know I’ve said it twice, but omg, I can still taste it.

Great service and atmosphere, OK food. Most dishes felt it had some flavour missing, like the quinoa salad which didnt have much taste at all, or some had a bit too much, like the rice which had tuna sheets on top and that overwhelmed the whole dish. Ingredients are top quality, but they can tune the balance of flavours better to get their dishes to be amazing instead of alright. Environment is great, so great place to hang out and talk, and staff is friendly and very professional.

We had a Valentine’s Day date at Issei on a Dining Week ticket, which made a lovely tasting menu easily accessible to a young couple! We really enjoyed the variety of dishes and their tastes and textures, but I have a feeling their meat options are more developed than their vegetarian menu. Nevertheless, you can taste the quality of the produce. The pace of dinner was perfect - not rushed but not left wanting. The restaurant is beautiful and the amazing atmosphere only adds to the experience.

Really worth a visit. Professional and friendly staff. Fresh and deliciously prepared food. We got both the regular and vegetarian menu. Our little son was served a well-prepared burger alongside his food in case it was too strong for him - free of charge. Nice interior

D14.1.2024 goes down in the history books and it was busy on the day, so we felt it too.... As the day progressed, the staff calmed down... But you can't put a finger on the food, it was top notch and all the flavors they fuse, Wow. Definitely a place you should visit if you are in Copenhagen and like both raw fish, pork and beef. And even if their menus cost a little, I would recommend choosing them so that you get to taste a bit of everything on the menu. The wine list and drink list are a bit on the expensive side, but with good options. We sat well, facing the Vesterbrogade window and with a perfect view of Tivoli's fireworks. This time on the occasion of the change of throne💫

I highly recommend Radisson Collection at the heart of Copenhagen. It was excellent experienced with my family. The hotel room was nicely clean organized with very minimalistic & styling designs. Entire staff was very friendly and very accommodative attitude. The food was superb in Issei restaurant, service was very attentive & welcoming staff. I highly recommend this property for local as well as international peoples to enjoy it's compitative services.
