Nice danish restaurant with local traditional food. I had the Stegt flæsk (Crispy Pork with Rounded Potatoes) and I loved. It was super delicious and it came with Cream for the Potatoes and also with Pickled Beetroot. If you want to try autentic danish food this is the best place for it.

Good old-fashioned food and always good service. But it's loud and you sit close together. Smells a lot of browned butter since the kitchen is in the middle of the area. But we'll be back 🤤.

Good Danish food enough to fill you up with good service

The food is as such tasty. But their fried pork is simply too fatty. The fat drips off it and this is now the third time I have had diarrhea and vomiting after eating just 3-4 pieces of their fried pork. Update I should not be able to say whether it is due to the cream. But I still think that The bottle seems very greasy. As if it has just been taken out of a deep fryer. I know you that on my next visit it won't be Pork I'm going to try.

Update: We have eaten here a few times since our last review. Food is still AWESOME - as is the service. Only little thing to point out is, that if you are seated next to the double doors leading in to the adjacent/connected restaurant you are either sitting where the draft is, every time the door is opened - or you get the door “in your face”…. Real bothersome. And some of the waiters are not closing the door behind them - making the draft a steady part of your visit. I hope the management will brief all waiters/waitresses to close the door at all times. Former reviews: This is a very nice “old school” inn (Kro). You can only taste/eat regular Danish Classic meals - which is very nice to try. We were a small party of three. We had a reservation. We got seated immediately and shortly thereafter we could order food and beverages. After about five minutes our beverages and food got served. So not really a long wait, which was nice. We sampled a variety of the dishes and were impressed by them all. The prices are fair compared to the size of each dish. A very nice experience. Definitely a place to visit.
