It was a great burger and great fries. Not from a giant chain like McDonald's or Burger King, but from a local restaurant. Very friendly staff. I can recommend it.

Long wait time and not the best food. Also a bit too expensive

We ordered the fried chicken burger, fries and wings. We thought they were all very good. The sauce in the burger and probably the spicy tabuk was delicious. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. Coloring books for children are available. Fast ordering and friendly staff add to the good things.

A truly fantastic experience the other day when I was at Jagger (lunch out as my work is close by). There was a super understanding (and experienced) clerk who knew about both the Keto and Carnevore diets and recommended me a burger without bread, but with lettuce leaves instead of the bun and then two steaks so I got a 300 gram delicious burger surrounded by lettuce leaves - it was one of (if not the) best burger I've ever tasted - and what fantastic service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you

We had two Jagger Burgers, fries with Jagger sauce and a lemonade and an iced tea. Everything was very good and freshly made to order. The service was really friendly and helpful.

Stopped by JAGGER near Rådhuspladsen for a quick burger and was happy with the experience overall. The food was tasty — the burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything was served fresh. I didn’t have to wait for a table, and the indoor dining space had a clean, casual vibe. Service was decent and moved quickly, which is perfect for this kind of fast-casual spot. Prices were a bit on the higher side for a burger meal (around kr 400–500 per person), but the quality matched it. The place was quiet and easy to talk in, which made it even better for a quick break in the city. Would I recommend it? ✅ Yes, especially if you’re nearby and craving a solid burger.

I’m gluten intolerant so I had a Jagger burger with a gluten free bun & I it was up there with the best burger I’ve ever had! The bun was so soft & fresh it was hard to believe it was gluten free! The meat was cooked to perfection & was juicy & tender & the whole thing was so fresh. My husband had the chicken nuggets & said they were the best he’s ever had as well. They were made from 100% real chicken! Highly recommend this place if you feel like a burger.

The chicken sandwich was tasty, crispy with good flavor but the portion was quite small, especially for the price. In Copenhagen, there are definitely other spots where you can get more value for your money. The dipping sauces (which cost extra) were actually really good and added a nice touch. Overall, decent food, but not the best bang for your buck.
