Hands down my new favourite restaurant!
I don’t even know where to begin with this menu — it went beyond every expectation I had!
Every note of praise is heavily deserved for this kitchen, staff and restaurant.
Cannot wait to try another one of their menus one day!

Brutally local but with an Asian twist. There is a very serious, positive and unique atmosphere. I have rarely experienced a quieter, more concentrated dining room, even though there was music playing and food being prepared at the bar. The menu was incredibly well composed, rather hearty courses such as Chinese noodles with various mushrooms alternated with citrus courses such as pike perch with Cara Cara oranges. The absolute highlight of this evening: the pumpkin with Habanaba chilli. The desserts were also incredible. The chefs are on duty and explain their dishes wonderfully. Would go back immediately.

Excellent and unique food served at this restaurant, each dish was very flavourful with a mix of both asian and danish taste. Very interesting ingredients. Loved all the food especially the duck which was the main dish. Tender yet tasty, served with rice and cabbage, and apple with cinnamon. The combination was just purely amazing.
Mashi noodles and szechuan pepper with mushroom was also amazing, with many types of mushrooms from the wild and home-grown as what the waiter had said.
The pumpkin was really interesting, with crispy skin and sour sauce poured onto it. This was the first time i have eaten pumpkin outside and was really impressed. Even the desserts were interesting.
One of the staff even offered us an extra dish which was the spring rolls, very tasty and interesting as it was Chinese sausage inside.
Really deserving pf its michelin star.

We were a party of two and we had the tasting menu at the bar (kitchen side) on December 2024. We also had the beverage pairing. Our experience was fantastic. We enjoyed every single plate of the menu: great product, good elaboration and explanation from the chefs, superb atmosphere. Sitting by the kitchen counter and seeing the chefs prepare each dish in front of our eyes was inspiring. The atmosphere by the kitchen was top notch and it was relaxed and friendly. It was refreshing to be able to enjoy the high cuisine at an eye to eye level, chatting with the chefs as if we were old friends, with trust and honesty. We felt welcomed and appreciated, always addressed with a smile. Hats off to Davide's jokes as well.
I would disregard the negative reviews that complain about the plain taste or poor elaboration of the dishes. On the one side, not all flavours are as accessible to each palate, and without being a refined snob, I think all dishes were attainable for all tastes, with incredible mixes of umami, citrus, meaty, nutty and fishy dishes. On the other side, the level of elaboration was excellent, with very advanced dishes but without excessive floritutes. There's no need to reinvent the wheel on each dish, and if something works, no need to add "reductions" and "sferificstions" or "cryogenic powders". I'm sorry about the people that wish to see dry ice pouring on a plate just for an Instagram story! I recommend the place and we'll definitely go back.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant although at some times it was uncomfortably hot inside.
Even if they weren’t particularly complex I’ve really enjoyed the mushroom medley and the monk fish.
As some of the other comments have mentioned the food experience is pretty basic - if you’ve been to any other one star Michelin restaurant in Spain, Italy, Belgium or France then you might agree as I have with the other ‘unimpressed’ reviews. If you’ve never been to a one star then it could maybe be a good culinary experience and I encourage you to go with an open heart.
The first red flag was that there was no homemade sourdough bread / butter infusion. As you might know this is an unwritten rule and a hallmark of star level Michelin restaurants, a sort of greeting to your customers but also a display of skill and tone-setting for the experiences to come. For me waiting to see what type of artisanal bread and what crazy butter infusion Chefs come up with is 25% of the experience.
Sadly this felt like a regular fine dining restaurant and was lacking the finer details needed for a complete experience.

We had a lovely evening at Jatak.
The food was really delicious and well prepared, service was top notch.
The juice menu was absolutely exceptional!
We didn't get a wine menu, but got a nice bottle of white wine and a nice glass of red wine.
