The staff is very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant although at some times it was uncomfortably hot inside.
Even if they weren’t particularly complex I’ve really enjoyed the mushroom medley and the monk fish.
As some of the other comments have mentioned the food experience is pretty basic - if you’ve been to any other one star Michelin restaurant in Spain, Italy, Belgium or France then you might agree as I have with the other ‘unimpressed’ reviews. If you’ve never been to a one star then it could maybe be a good culinary experience and I encourage you to go with an open heart.
The first red flag was that there was no homemade sourdough bread / butter infusion. As you might know this is an unwritten rule and a hallmark of star level Michelin restaurants, a sort of greeting to your customers but also a display of skill and tone-setting for the experiences to come. For me waiting to see what type of artisanal bread and what crazy butter infusion Chefs come up with is 25% of the experience.
Sadly this felt like a regular fine dining restaurant and was lacking the finer details needed for a complete experience.

We had a lovely evening at Jatak.
The food was really delicious and well prepared, service was top notch.
The juice menu was absolutely exceptional!
We didn't get a wine menu, but got a nice bottle of white wine and a nice glass of red wine.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I can’t recall the last time I encountered such creativity and attention to detail in both the service and the flavor combinations. While it leans on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re seeking a truly innovative and memorable meal. Highly recommended!

This place is special. We sat by the kitchen and were able to chat with the chefs annd observe the preparation. amazing food, with great use of local produce and flavors. The service was calm and serene. Just outstanding!

Interesting combinations of Asian food concepts into European cuisine
The funga farm mushroom is our favorite, with various types of 🍄 cooked just perfectly and combined together
The Fillipa apples with shiso sheet is a very interesting trial, however it is a bit of a challenge to the teeth.
The open kitchen concept is fun to watch, however the smoke is accumulated within the house. I can still smell the food on myself the next day, though I don't mind 😁

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The ambient is low key yet refined. The service was impeccable, probably the best I've experienced in Copenhagen. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. I went there for my birthday, and several of the staff members personally signed my birthday card. That was a very nice touch! The food was also interesting and really good. Highly recommended!

Delicious and inspired food supported a welcoming staff. Definitely recommend the kitchen counter where you get to see up close how a lot of things are made as well as the non alcoholic pairing. An all around great place
