Amazing dinner. All was perfect. Thank you !

A really wonderful experience!! The chefs were extremely funny and creative. They made us feel so special especially for a birthday celebration! The food was very special, unique flavours, Asian and Nordic inspired but not exactly one cuisine. I really loved the fish!

Adam was amazing in serving us at the counter and he was really engaging in our conversation. The food was amazing and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend Jatak and the Italian pastry chef served an amazing dessert. Thank you Jonathan for the awesome experience.

Went here with my beloved for a dinner. We had the counter top searing and loved seeing the food being prepared. Very cosy and unpretentious atmosphere and service. The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed out experience. Highly recommended and we would certainly visit again!

The pairings were exciting and creative, elevating each course to another level. What truly sets this place apart is the staff — dedicated, genuinely warm, and passionate about what they do. You can feel the love and care that goes into every detail. Each course was presented by its creator. This restaurant absolutely deserves the attention of the Michelin Guide, White Guide Nordic, and other leading reviewers. Visit it before it reaches a star category.

​Managed to get off the waiting list and had an incredible dinner at Jatak! We sat at the chef's counter and loved watching the kitchen team work in such a spotless environment. Every single dish on the tasting menu was phenomenal and packed with flavor. ​Huge thanks to Gil and Arbel for the amazing hospitality, and to Chef Dmitry for being so welcoming. We felt right at home and will definitely be back on our next visit!

The food was amazing — surprisingly creative combinations that worked incredibly well together. Every dish felt thoughtful and balanced. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the service around drinks. We were repeatedly encouraged to order wine pairings and additional beverages even after politely declining several times. It started to feel a bit pushy and boundary-crossing. Not everyone drinks alcohol or wants multiple juice pairings with dinner. We also felt a bit uncomfortable because one person working behind the kitchen bar kept staring at us throughout the evening. That said, the food itself was excellent and absolutely worth trying.
