Jensens Bøfhus Silkeborg

On a business trip from the UK and stayed in the hotel next door. Looked at the reviews online, which suggested that out of towners were not treated so well. Total opposite in my experience on this occasion. Was greeted, served, and taken care of by a young lady named Victoria, a very pleasant lovely lady who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was the best it could be. I was very surprised how quiet it was im the restraunt as the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, and the service was amazing 👏

Respectful and fantastic service

Das Restaurant macht einen durchaus gemütlichen Eindruck, insbesondere der hintere Teil mit Kaminofen. Leider saßen wir genau in der MItte des Restaurants. Es dauerte eine Weile bis man uns englische Speisekarten brachte. Nach Aufnahme unserer Bestellung kam der Waiter zurück und erklärte, dass die Spareribs leider aus sind, da gerade eine große Takeaway Bestellung die letzten bekommen hätte. :( Das Essen kam in einem akzeptablen Zeitfenster und hatte eine ordentliche Qualität. Es gab keine Nachfrage während des Essens, ob noch weitere Getränke gewünscht sind. Bis zur Rechnung sahen wir den Kellner nicht wieder. Alles in allem ein sehr ernüchternder Besuch in dieser Örtlichkeit.

Excellent for the price. Now we have been here several times and it fluctuates a bit depending on who is at work when it comes to food and service. The mood is of course influenced by the time and screams and shouts at dinner from the children's department are to be expected. However, at lunch and after 19:30 it is usually bearable.

Nosotros donde aquí debido a nuestro trabajo, no conocíamos muy bien Silkeborg, así que tomamos el restaurante más cercano de nuestro hotel. Pedimos costillas con papas fritas. Pero se quedaron sin papas fritas, así que tuvimos que hacer puré de papas y papas picadas con nuestras costillas. Sabía especial. Pero el personal era muy amable y servicial.
