Gustav Lind Trapholt

29/11/2025: We had a lovely lunch at Gustav Lind! Due to the Christmas market at Trapholt, the restaurant was very busy, and there was therefore a bit of a wait. However, the waiters were incredibly skilled at running fast and ensuring the best possible experience for the guests. The menu was simple, the food was exquisite, and there is a lovely view from the dining area. All in all, a great experience that gets my warmest recommendations.

12/08/2025: An ideal place to have brunch in a setting with beautiful scenery, after a visit to the museum.

25/05/2026: Kolding's best sushi! The name doesn't lie – the food at Sushi Art is truly a work of art. Super fresh fish, perfect rice and incredibly beautifully presented. The taste is exceptional, and the service is always smiling and fast. My absolute favorite in town!
