Really good classic Danish Christmas lunch with a fantastic view of the lake.

Do yourselves the favor of going to Jægerhuset, you will not regret it. Super cozy atmosphere, with a nice view of Furesø, delicious food and not least exemplary and warm-hearted service from the staff, especially a sweet young lady named Kriller☺️ 5/5⭐️

Vi var to par dear spiste frokost sammen. 3 af hos valget Jægerhusets Julesild. Den var ikke mindre end fremragende. En hel sildefilet på hjemmebagt rugbrød. Den smagte himmelsk. 1 spiste en skagenstoast. Meget fin med masser af rejer og velsmag. Dernæst fik vi husets andebryst. Igen ser være på rugbrød. Rigeligt med rosastegt andebryst. Igen en velsmagende oplevelse. Vi rundede af med gorgonzola m. Æggeblomme og rødløg. Det var en ualmindelig velsmagende ostemad. Når man så i tillæg får en sød og kvik betjening så er frokosten perfekt. Vores varmeste anbefalinger

Hel igennem fantastisk frokost. Vi blev taget godt i mod ved ankomst også selv om vi ikke havde reserveret bord. Hyggelige omgivelser med pejse ild og god stemning. Frokosten var virkelig god, ikke mindst julesilden. Både kartoffel mad, æg med rejer og fiskefileten var gode men julesilden var usædvanlig god som i at englene synger. Og prisen var yderst fornuftig for ikke at sige billigt for den kvalitet Vi kommer igen

The location is nice. Pay attention to the size of the company. Nice food. Good possibility of parking.

I reserved a table on Friday for 6 people for lunch and Saturday. It was only possible to order until 14:30, so it was. Confirmation came by email, SMS and in Google calendar and sounded at 14:30-18:00. We all showed up at 6 o'clock. 14:30 but was met with the fact that we had not booked and were asked to show the booking. We could see that, so the staff set up a table at the entrance, placed from the view over Lake Furesøen. We were also far from the staff, so every time we had to order, or simply have it ordered, e.g. the ordered schnapps for the herring, we had to seek out the staff in the kitchen. The food was quite good, but ordering and serving took time, so when we ordered the coffee (in the kitchen) the staff were clearly on their way home, despite the fact that it was only 4.30pm and the reservation was for 5pm. 18. However, we got the coffee free of charge and could afterwards go for a walk to enjoy the view we didn't get during lunch. Sad experience.

A place not well known outside the local community I think. Great Danish open sandwiches for lunch. Recommend “Løve mad”

Location is amazing. Great view of the lake and in a small forrest. It doesn’t get better than this. Service was perfect and so was the food. It tasted great.
