Really good food in large portions! Cozy atmosphere in the restaurant, friendly service. The house wine is really good.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere at Joanne’s. It’s a wonderful wine bar that creates the perfect vibe to unwind after work with friends or colleagues. The reservation process was super easy and could be done online, and the restaurant is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly, though we did notice they seemed to be more focused on other tables until it was realized we weren’t there to drink alcohol. This may be a cultural difference, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. When we did ask about drinks, the staff was always professional, and the recommendations we received were spot on. As for the food, the pasta dish we ordered was a little dry, and we had expected a bit more tatste wise. Despite that, the overall dining experience was still pleasant. Since I was pregnant, I couldn’t fully enjoy the drinks, but I would definitely have had more fun otherwise! A highlight of our evening was the live saxophone music, which really added a special touch to the atmosphere and made the evening feel relaxed and smooth. Overall, Joanne’s is absolutely recommended if you’re looking for a charming, laid-back spot to enjoy great wine and unwind. We’d definitely visit again!

Everything about this restaurant was amazing. I had the ribeye steak it was delicious. They made me feel welcome. Cocktails were fantastic. When I come back I will definitely be coming back.

Cozy restaurant. Better for dinner than breakfast, so this rating is about breakfast. The buffet left some to be desired. Waffles were great though.

The food was so disappointing. Tasted either bad or nothing. The only thing that was good was the meat.

We got the tasting menu which was delicious overall. Service was friendly and fast which delivered a great atmosphere. Was a very nice evening.

Arrived at 7pm Ordered by 7:15pm Food arrived at 8:20pm! Restaurant was not at full capacity We had tickets to a show for 9pm and missed the opening despite not finishing our meals Wait staff discounted the bill by 30% after we refused a free drink (no time to drink it and not really acceptable) which was an acknowledged gesture - but doesn't change the experience. Food was meh... Gnocchi al Gorgonzola was a flat in flavour, but the gnocchi itself was of good quality. The Tagliatelle alla Bolognese was beyond bland! Extremely basic and very disappointing (how can you go wrong with bolognese?) The vibe is nice and the staff are smiley. We were sat next to the kitchen and the BoH were very chatty which I initailly liked as it showed a good eworking environment but perhaps led to all the distraction - late serving and underwhelming food. I wouldn't go again for dinner, but could be convinced to tray the breakfast.

Unfortunately, the rib eye and tartar were not worth the money. On the other hand, the burrata was good. However, I would not recommend the place, as quality and price did not match.
