I left my jacket on the table right in front of the cashier. I forgot it there and went through security. No one at the airport was able to help me get my jacket back. I went to another Joe&Juice, they refused to assist, I emailed the customer service after, but I got no reply. It is a pity that people just wouldn’t help with something so small but so important.

They have healthy juices and shakes. There is also a vegan menu. There were simple foods such as sandwiches and acai bowls. I ordered a cake and a smoothie that were in a case on the counter. Both were very delicious.

Needed a healthy, protein packed, and vegan snack and this was perfect! I got the blue magic vegan shake, which I really enjoyed - the dates sweetened it nicely. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. This was the Joe and the Juice right after security.

Virkelig god service tidligt om morgenen var der en imødekommende mand ved navn Gabriel. Der gav lige det ekstra i service - det fortjener 5 stjerner

The Tunacado (tuna mousse, avocado and vegan pesto) and the squares were delicious! Very nice and friendly staff. My flight arrived later and I was so glad they were open.

22/03/2024: Eye-catching coffee and pastry shop while waiting for my boarding at Terminal 2 of København Luthvan airport🥐🥮 I didn’t try the coffee since I was fasting that day. But I bought the sourdough with cheese and the famous almond croissant,and takeaways for my flight. The staff was really friendly to explain what’s about the bread since it’s my first time trying them pastry. Thank you
18/03/2024: Sub-standard experience: the place was filthy, with big chunks of food lying on the floor. As the place was near empty, I notified the staff that the floor in one part of the seating area was filthy with crumbs and big chunks of panini/burger lying around. The woman at the counter gave me a dismissive smile and a "yes, sure - I will pas it on". We sat in the area for a good half hour and no action was taken. I will go somewhere else next time...
