Joe & The Juice Aalborg

The sandwich was actually nice, but the experience with the staff was unfortunately not very good. I specifically asked for Tabasco in my sandwich, but I couldn't see or taste it. The employee said he had put it on, to which I said it might be at the bottom, since I couldn't taste it. He then rolled his eyes, after which the other employee handed me the Tabasco bottle and said I had to put it in myself. It's of course fine to find a solution that way, but the way the situation was handled seemed unnecessarily condescending. The most unprofessional thing, however, was that when I later came back to return the Tabasco bottle, I could hear the employees standing around talking about the situation/me. As a customer, I find it very unpleasant and unprofessional to experience staff discussing a customer right after an interaction - and even right at the counter. I hope that a little more focus is placed on customer service and professionalism in the future
