To top off our visit, she even surprised us with a delicious piece of cake – a particularly kind gesture that further enhanced our positive impression. Such dedicated and courteous employees are a real asset to any company and worth their weight in gold. The employee there was very, very nice and friendly. We arrived almost at closing time, and she took the time to explain everything to us in detail. In the end, she even treated us to cake. An employee like that is worth their weight in gold to any company. The ambiance in the ILUM department store itself is stylish and modern, making shopping a pleasant experience. Drawback: There wasn't a minor drawback specific to Joe and The Juce, but rather a general issue with the ILUM department store: During peak hours, it can occasionally get crowded and lively, which can make shopping a bit hectic. Making a reservation or visiting outside of peak hours is recommended for a more relaxed shopping experience.
