My favorite restaurant in the world. Food is outstanding with a unique Nordic Asian style of Chef Eric. Wife and front of house Tina is also remarkable. The rosette Waffel is the greatest dish I have ever tasted. Worth a visit on its own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our third time in this excellent restaurant. It's nice to see how Mr. Vildgaard's cooking has continuously developed and, above all, improved year after year. Absolutely impressive. Thank you for a wonderful and very enjoyable evening.

Exquisite flavours and presentation

Incredible restaurant on every level. Chef Eric and his wife Tina are an incredible team and made our evening so memorable and enjoyable. The service was perfect and warm and every dish was beautiful and delicious with impeccable attention to detail. We will be back again and thank you again for a wonderful evening.

We have already had the pleasure of seeing Eric Vildgaard's handwriting Getting to know Hangar 7, our enthusiasm then took us to the original restaurant in Copenhagen. It was worth every kilometer of travel! The cuisine is characterized by lightness with a wonderful depth of flavor. The sequence of the 6 amuse bouches is composed in just as much detail as the menu dishes, which are lined up like beads on a string. Anyone who is surprised that the wonderfully baked bread comes so late in the menu will not want anything other than bread and butter at this point. Perfect timing The little works of art always seem too beautiful to eat, but the taste doesn't have to hide behind the look. Lots of fish and ingredients from Asian - but especially Japanese - cuisine offer Umami 360 degrees. 3 stars means “worth a trip” and I absolutely agree. Not only is the food worth it, but also the team, who serve and explain with a lot of pride and enthusiasm and are all great hosts.

Unbelievably fantastic experience - all the way through. There was not a finger to put on either the menu, which with one serving after the other revolved around all the senses, the service which was present, incredibly competent and professionally skilled, or the place which had a lovely atmosphere. A completely sublime evening, 3 well-deserved Michelin stars and 5 very big stars here - so definitely worth an experience!
