We visited the restaurant on 14-03-2025. The experience was truly exceptional. My wife and I have dined at various Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, but this one stood out in a remarkable way. Perhaps it is time for the Michelin organization to consider creating a fourth star— Jordnaer certainly deserves it.

Obviously an incredible place to eat. Everything from start to end was just perfect. Eating on my own I was a bit nervous at the start but Tina at front of house and the rest of the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was obviously absolutely divine. Some really interesting courses as well as the staples. Also received a tour around the the kitchen. Once in a lifetime restaurant experience. Highly recommend

Wow. That's all that needs to be said! But I will also say the restaurant went ABOVE AND BEYOND when we had a last minute change to our reservation due to an emergency. They were extremely helpful and gracious even though I'm sure it took a lot of rearranging on their behalf. Thank you staff at Jordnaer for a lovely evening.

At the pinnacle of fine dining right now. I can’t imagine a more fantastic experience but I’m sure Eric and Tiena will continue to exceed my expectations. Both the service and the food leave nothing to be desired, and they go above and beyond to make every visit unforgettable. I hope this memory never fades from my short-term memory, as I’m already hoping to return soon.

I had the pleasure of dining at that exceptional three-Michelin-star restaurant—a true ode to culinary excellence. From the moment I arrived, the refined and warm atmosphere captivated me. The chic and elegant décor subtly blends modernity with tradition, while the original and sophisticated tableware transforms every dish into a work of art.
The service was remarkably smooth, combining professionalism with a relaxed demeanor: the staff was attentive and considerate without ever seeming formal, creating the perfect balance between precision and friendliness.
The wine list, for its part, was simply dazzling. It featured a selection of rare vintages and prestigious champagnes that elevated every dish and delighted connoisseurs of fine bottles.
The highlight of the evening was the unique 17-course menu, each dish a true symphony of flavors. Every bite was a sensory journey. I particularly loved the scallops, elevated by impeccable cooking, the langoustine with its exquisite tenderness, and the bluefin otoro, whose finesse and depth of flavor were remarkable. Among the desserts, the lychee and rhubarb enchanted me with its perfect balance of fruity sweetness and delicate acidity.
In short, this gastronomic experience was extraordinary on every level: from the welcome to the presentation and, of course, the food itself, every detail was crafted to offer an exceptional moment. A dinner that will remain etched in my memory, as it so beautifully married art, flavors, and elegance.

First things first, this isn’t a restaurant - it’s a life-changing experience. It is expensive as all holy hell, and you may need to save up for an extensive period of time to afford it. That said, for the price of a cheap holiday you’ll forget about as fast as you get back to work, you will get a culinary showcase of such excellence that it may permanently change the way you view food.
This is a fancy restaurant, no doubts about that. It’s all white tablecloths, impeccable service, all of that. Yet it isn’t stuck up, or over-intellectual when it comes to the food (and I should know, as I LOVE over-intellectual food). This is a palace of flavor, a temple of culinary hedonism, a place where you can get to experience taste in ways you hadn’t even considered before.
The photos do the place no justice at all, for this place is all about the flavor, the kind where you pop a novel morsel in your mouth and then start giggling because you can’t quite believe the way a tiny amuse bouche can deliver on aesthetics, textures, and pure, muscular flavors. Towards the end, you may feel a little exhausted, even, like after the very best kind of workout, knowing your palate and your mind has been taken for a journey.
Fully deserves the three Michelin stars, and even more so, shows another way to get there - not just purist ideas about food, but a kitchen that loves to eat and goes all out to show you what that can mean. So a pretty penny, yet worth every single one. Even if it is a once in a lifetime thing, this is the kind of place that deserves a journey of its own.

What an unforgettable experience! The meal was incredibly luxurious, with caviar featured in multiple courses and a focus on seafood. Every bite was packed with rich umami flavors and beautifully prepared. Every dish was a masterful display of tweezer art with an incredible sense of aesthetics.
The service was impeccable, smoothly choreographed yet warm and welcoming. The staff made us feel cared for without being overly formal or stiff.
The restaurant itself is elegant and minimalistic, with white and golden tones that create a sense of luxury.
What made the night even more special were the owners Eric and Tina. They were present throughout the evening, chatting with guests, sharing smiles and giving hugs. It added a refreshing touch of personality and humanity to an otherwise perfectly curated experience.
