What an unforgettable experience! The meal was incredibly luxurious, with caviar featured in multiple courses and a focus on the finest seafood. Every bite was packed with rich umami flavors and beautifully prepared. Every dish was a masterful display of tweezer art with an incredible sense of aesthetics. The service was impeccable, smoothly choreographed yet warm and welcoming. The staff made us feel cared for without being overly formal or stiff. The restaurant itself is elegant and minimalistic, with white and golden tones that create a sense of understated luxury. What made the night even more special was Eric and Tina, the owners. They were present throughout the evening, chatting with guests, sharing smiles, and even giving hugs. Their personal touch made the experience feel extra special. Overall, everything was perfect, the food, the ambiance, and the service.

My meal here will forever reside in my memory as one of the most exquisitely beautiful dining experiences of my life. Every single moment was sublime; every detail and element flowed effortlessly into the next. The decor was so on point - elegant and unique but welcoming and warm. The service was impeccable and considered. And the food was just amazing!! Each dish was so meticulously composed! From the perfectly chosen tablewares (even how some of the dish ware cast light and shadows across the table), to the delicate edible embellishments, to the incredibly beautiful plating and presentation - I was astonished at how everything worked together to simultaneously highlight the ethos of the restaurant and the quality, freshness, and flavor of each ingredient. And when each chef presented their dish it was really heartwarming to feel the passion they give to their craft and art. I often think of Jordnaer when I visit other fine dining restaurants and wish others have as much heart as Jordnaer does

It was a very great experience for us to eat here. We also found it really great that many courses were taught in German. The best courses for us are attached as pictures.

A excellent experience. Front of house and back put on a great performance. Flavors , balanced and delicious. Each dish built on the last. Wanting more but each bite was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

My favorite restaurant in the world. Food is outstanding with a unique Nordic Asian style of Chef Eric. Wife and front of house Tina is also remarkable. The rosette Waffel is the greatest dish I have ever tasted. Worth a visit on its own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
