The staff is incredible! Went above and beyond to turn what was an unexpected elongated stay into an incredible experience. Great drinks, kind people, highly recommend anyone who goes to Copenhagen to stay at ascot and check out Josephine’s- the bartender laura is incredible! Could run a master class in hospitality thank you x a million!

The kindest and most hospitable staff! Experienced a delay in travel resulting in two additional days in Copenhagen, and Ascot/Josephine's made my visit! They went out of there way to make extending the stay seamless. If it were not for them, this situation would have caused sever headache. The staff, particularly Laura (bartender soon to be manager) has been such a pleasure to meet. Thank you for everything!
