The restaurant is located down to Genner bay. You can enjoy the food with a view over the bay. Delicious food that tasted excellent.

Fantastic place. Really good atmosphere and service. Their shrimp cocktail was nothing less than fantastic, followed by a Kalvø Steak, which was so delicious that it simply must and must be tried again. Will definitely give the place my best recommendations.

Quite OK for such a small and remote restaurant, but you shouldn't expect culinary miracles. The decor inside is rustic, and there is also a large room for celebrations. If you sit in front of the house in warm weather you can enjoy the view of the bay.

Short stop by kayak to have something to drink. Draft beer for the equivalent of €7 for 0.5 liters is probably normal in the country. The cappucino wasn't that great, it was very sweet with a strong cocoa note. Tasted more like instant coffee.

The food is too expensive in relation to the portion size. Meatballs and potato salad. Drinks too expensive, both soft drinks and coffee.

11/11/2024: I had to pay entrance in the restaurant, so practically, I paid to be able to pay for coffee and cake on a Sunday afternoon. I drove 20km, being curious about the place, and I was unpleasant surprised that customers have to pay just for entering and buying a coffee. Probably one day we will have to pay for the air we breathe inside the restaurant. I made this review for people who plan to drive here, so they know about this restaurant entrance fee. 2 coffees, 2 cakes and entrance fee almost 300dkk. "Enjoy"
