A visit to this restaurant by the water's edge was worth the whole trip. The staff were friendly and service-minded, and were definitely part of the good experience. The food was beautiful, well-presented and tasty. The fact that we also could sit in the sun with a view of the sea only gave the experience another star.

Kanalkroen is a cozy restaurant on the edge of the harbor in Karrebæksminde with a nice view of the water and the boats that pass through the canal. The food is deliciously prepared, nice portions, and at reasonable prices. The Kanalkroen can absolutely be recommended.

Yderst opmærksom og kvik betjening, maden var i særklasse – flot anrettet og indbydende, tydeligt, at der var lagt stor omtanke og kreativitet i hver detalje af maden. Tak for en god frokost.

Meget flot og velsmagende Valentine-menu med vin-menu 14.2.2025 til fuldt hus og fin stemning. Vi er aldrig gået skuffet hjem fra Kanalkroen. Det er rart når restauranter er klar med varierede menukort, alt efter sæson og begivenheder

01/06/2025: Enjoy coming to Café Strædet .. Feel welcome no matter how much you order .. The girls are quick to come and get your order, sweet, smiling and nice service .. We got our food very quickly and it all tasted fantastic .. good house white wine .. Cozy both outside and inside .. I could give 10 stars, you got it .. The boss has his staff in control ♥️ see you again
