Loves food, decor and the coziness of the premises. Prices as well. But what a chaotic service, unfortunately, from a confused lady who wasn't really there. There were plenty of staff but no smiles or joy and no one stepped in and helped the frantic lady who was doing 5 things at once. It took almost 20 minutes to stand and wait because she did not focus on what she was doing. It was not busy but her focus was everywhere but on operating and servicing.
