Perfectly acceptable pizza with friendly, interactive staff. They forgot the olives on my pizza but that's ok. It still tasted good.

The bakery Tidemandsvej 10

16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.
12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

24/12/2025: Holbæk doesn't have the same culinary delights that you can find in Copenhagen. For the town this is a rather good option if you want pizza.
23/12/2025: Always have to have a No. 10 when I'm going around Holbæk from Jutland🙌🏻 It's so damn good!
