Nice place to eat seafood in Copenhagen, Denmark. Industrial atmosphere but good service and the seafood, especially the oysters 🦪, is excellent.

Good food, but 60 NOK per person for a bottle of water?!

The food was really 10/10 but the service quite honestly will stop me from returning. I came as a solo diner on a Thurs evening around 730pm. Hostess did day they were fully booked inside but could offer me a seat outside which was fine it was chilly but nothing unbearable. It took a while for the waitress to even acknowledge me, I had to flag her down. I ordered a glass of wine, the oysters, trout starter, cod starter and scallop starter. The first wine pour was honestly a little light, oysters came out fast and the trout followed shortly and their bread which was delicious. Then there was a significant gap between that and the hot starters. I asked the waiter who brought the hot starters out for another glass of wine, hoping to enjoy it with those plates. Nope I ended up finishing both and then the waitress came back to ask if I was done, to which I said I was still waiting on a glass of wine, she had to go get it for me and he probably forgot. Enjoyed the class and then o asked for the check, which I waited for about 15 minutes for all while said waitress sat a table down next to me, got their bread, took their drinks order, etc. I was just trying to tap pay and leave cause by then the sun had set and it was getting cold. Maybe it's the New Yorker in me but I just felt the service was sub par given all the praise the restaurant and dishes get.

Very good food - very well executed trout, scallop, monk fish, Hake. Can taste both the quality of the ingredients and the supporting characters of different herbs and condiments. Worth a special visit when in Copenhagen.

One of the best seafood spots in Denmark! The standout choices are without a doubt the scallops and sourdough bread. The scallops were so tender and succulent while still maintaining a firm bite to it. The bread speaks for itself, served with the most divine seaweed butter. Had to stop outselves from ordering a second portion. We got the 10 pc oyster tasting platter which was incredibly worth it. Each oyster had a unique flavour profile and unbelievably fresh. The mains were good but not quite as impressive as the oysters and starters. The lions main mushroom covered in a rich sauce served on top of soft brioche bread, was delightful. Unfortunately the other main focuses more on style and presentation rather than flavour or substance. The brill was cooked nicely, with a flaky skin and soft interior but had no flavour at all. I would recommend trying out different starters, oyster tasting and snacks (especially the bread!), along with one of their crisp cocktails.
