The food is good. The problem is more their delivery. I have ordered from them several times over many years, but it is very random if they listen to one's instructions: I always write that they should just put it in front of the door. I have done that both before and after COVID, but it is therefore 50/50 whether they listen. I have had experiences where they have waited at my door for up to twenty minutes. Once they opened my door to call for me. Several times they have called me again and again. Is it because they don't bother to read instructions? Or do they read them and don't care? I do not know. But I've given up on them and haven't ordered from them in a year. The last time I ordered from them, my food was outside the door for 30 minutes because they respected my instructions (cool!) but did NOT update the app that the food had arrived. The app said "delivery is on its way" all that time.
